Always friendly, patient, and honest!! They are so sweet with my son during our appointments. You can tell they are truly a family dentistry. Would recommend 100% of the time!

I highly recommend Middleton. My hygienist was awesome!! She was very kind, thorough, and she listened to me. (The last dentist office I went to the hygienist kept shoving the stuff she had to put in my mouth to take x-rays and not only did she hurt my mouth but I have a reflux and she was making it very difficult for me to hold back from getting sick). Everyone I encountered at Middleton was so very nice. I will most definitely be staying with Middleton family Dentistry!

They very much care about their patients as individuals, and take great care to stay in touch, and check in after procedures, listen to your concerns, questions and remember you the next time! With a potential emergent situation over a weekend, I was responded to in. Timely fashion, listened to, and a plan put forth. I was so appreciative.

Got a same day appointment due to sensitivity and pain in crown. Care per Dr Logan was excellent. Especially he took time explaining everything and answered all my questions. I never felt hurried. Have now used both Dupont and State Street offices. Would recommend both to anyone needing a new dentist.

Faith was the cleaning tech. First time I had her. Very professional and gentle. Had Dr. Matt instead of Dr. O’Hara this visit. He explained all the next steps necessary for continued oral care. Pleased with my visit today. Thank you.

I have been going to Middleton Family Dentistry ever since moving to Fort Wayne in 2018. The entire staff has always been extremely knowledgeable and professional. When I needed to have two teeth extracted I knew I would be in great hands. Dr. O’Hara removed my teeth really easily and with no pain! Thank you!

Temp veneers broke day after getting them, went back for fix and they too fell out. Two weeks with prongs for front teeth. First permanent veneers wrong size hand to be remade. Bite guard also took two appts as first one did not snap on, was too loose. Their office felt like a second home for a while, I was having to come in so often. Through all of this I continued to use them. Husband asked for tooth to be pulled in February 2022, was told nothing wrong with it and they won’t pull. A year later, 3 appts for pain in this tooth, 5 rounds of antibiotics, several doctor appts & 2 ENT appts - he went back with a CT scan from ENT showing that tooth was the source of a sinus infection for a year & now required sinus surgery. They FINALLY decided to use their 3D xray and found the infection that now eroded jaw bone. They pulled the tooth 11 months after being asked to. Sinus surgery from this tooth now scheduled in 2 weeks. Would have probably gone back except they had the audacity to charge to pull the tooth and would not negotiate the bill at all. Now we also have surgery to pay for due to their inability to LISTEN TO & BELIEVE the patient had pain in that tooth and use their 3D machine! NEVER HAVE WE EVER FELT MORE LIKE A NUMBER WITH MONEY.

The receptionist greeted me warmly like an old friend. She knew the kind of toothpaste I needed for dry mouth and was able to get it quickly for me. I felt like I was part of the family! I’m so glad they are my dentists!

Dr. Matt is awesome! He has the patients well being and health as his highest priority! He does quality work and strives to give you superior performance!

First let me emphasize a client for multiple years during the transition from previous dentist to a new dentist taking over practice. I have been treated horribly and disrespected and offended. Facts, showed up for my scheduled appointment then they tell me I didn't show up for appointment. Bad organization not truthful. Fact, ask to pay bill upfront after being a client for over 30 years and paying all my bills and they are going to demand upfront payment without estimates quotes or planning who does this? . Fact, not comfortable paying a bill without upfront understanding to cost and estimates. Fact, wanted to reschedule told they do not have a calendar to schedule into 2023. What dentist does this and what dentist doesn't book 6 months in advance even for routine cleanings? Ridiculous. Fact, requested to hear from the dentist and still no response, no follow-up, no care! Stay away! Especially as a multi-year client to a dentist building relationships you rely on being treated fairly respectfully and with sense of normal business practice none of which happened. All documented would never recommend this dentist because they don't care, they don't follow up and they don't make effort to solve or even make efforts to make things right. All about the $ with no personal care or understanding after being a paid client for over 30 years!

My wife and I recently became patients of Middleton Family Dentistry. Everyone we came into contact with were very friendly and accommodating. Update: subsequent visits have been equally satisfying. The dentists, technicians, and entire staff are pleasant, professional, and focused on patient care.
