I came in for a scheduled cleaning. The lady in the front desk asked if I still had the same insurance. I told her no and gave her my new insurance information and she took a picture of it. She proceeded and told me to have a seat until I get called in. I went and got my cleaning done thinking everything was okay. My cleaning is done and I walk up to the desk to check out and she tells me my new insurance isn’t accepted there? Why couldn’t they tell me this before I got my service done? She looked at my insurance card but didn’t say anything! I had to pay out of pocket!!! The full amount! I’ve been going to this dentist for years and it’s very disappointing how they couldn’t let their regular customer know their new insurance isn’t accepted. Looks like I’m not coming back to this dental clinic. They need better communication!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I avoided the dentist for a looong time but had gotten to the point where I had no choice but to see a dentist. After calling a different place and the lady on the phone being really rude I called Greenwood springs. I needed extensive work done, was completely embarrassed and terrified. After the first appointment I felt like I made the right choice. They are so so kind, explain everything they’re doing and are very gentle with their care. The ladies at the front desk are extremely helpful and welcoming. I genuinely don’t mind having dental work done anymore. They’ve help me tremendously! Highly recommend!
