My second family. Never disappoints. Dr. Bierman is one of the BEST in INDY. I've been going here for over 15 years....wouldn't recommend anyone else.

I love this whole office nicest fast and efficient professional group of ppl that I have been around! I have referred everyone that I know to them!

don’t come here. definitely don’t see dr. biermen. they waste people’s time and value lunch significantly more than they value their patients. literally a joke of an office.

I have been coming here for the better part of 17 or 18 yrs I'm guessing. Even though I don't live on the west side anymore I can't imagine going anywhere else. They are quick, friendly, CARING. Everything you want in a Dentistry. See y'all next month!

This the worst doctor I’ve ever been to . Dr. Gregory Bierman has the bedside manner of a moose . He’s always extremely rude and condescending. With all the wonderful dentists around Indianapolis , you would be foolish to go see this man . He’s unprofessional and spends about a minute with you when you go in for a cleaning . Complete Family Dentistry is a joke ! You don’t want to go see this man for your dental needs . It’s hard for me to understand how they are still in business . They don’t value you as a client . It’s all about the money for this inept practice . If I could give less than 1 star I certainly would . Read some of these other reviews about him . And then go to another dental office .

Make an appointment for a cleaning (covered by ins) they say i have to pay an extra $112 on top. Then tell me i have to reschedule cause they dont have time to do the cleaning that i scheduled!? So long story short thanks for wasting my day off work that i DONT get paid for!!

Wow wish I would of read the reviews before I came here. As far as the staff so far they've been friendly I had wisdom teeth pulled with no problem once we got past the insurance problem they said everything was covered and once I got there it was a different story. Then they said I had a cleaning on my first visit which I've never had a cleaning there so why was I charged when my insurance covers that at 100 %. Then I went back for fillings and I have been in severe pain since they done them. The lady that done the fillings had to redo them twice and I was there for 3 1/2 hours for 3 fillings. I kept telling her it didnt feel right and she said to give it a few days. Also she cut my lip with the band they use to put around the tooth and acted like it was no big deal I had to make her stop cause she wasnt gonna check it. Here it is a week later and I'm still in really bad pain and when I went back to have it rechecked another lady told me after doing adjustments that one of the fillings was really deep and should of had a root canal done and if I continue to ne in pain they can either pull it or do a root canal which is more money. My thought was why didnt you do that to begin with. Needless to say I'm supposed to go back for more fillings but I dont think I will be back.

My husband and I have been going here for 9 years. Dr. Bierman is an awesome dentist. I am a huge "dentiphobe" while my husband is not. Typical doses of novocaine don't work on my husband and they are sensitive to that need when he's had multiple root canals/ crowns or cavities over the years. While my hubs either powers thru or asks for more novocaine; I am the biggest crybaby ever. If I need a filling or a root canal he'll prescribe me a couple valium to take the night before and day of the procedure, and I opt for the nitrous as well, even though my dental doesn't cover it. The price of the gas isn't that bad and in my opinion very worth it for those types of procedures. I also have very sensitive teeth so whenever we go for our cleanings they always use a topical numbing agent. This makes for a much better experience with that little metal pick thing that gives me nightmares. And this is also the first dentist I've been to that has admitted he gets cavities! I've always been criticized and felt ashamed before my other dentists my whole life if I ever had a cavity but he is the first one that has said "Hey it happens to everybody, even me!" The office staff is awesome and super friendly and helpful. Niki and Sylvia have always been great! Overall I love going here and Dr. Bierman will be my dentist for life. :)

I have been going here since I was 18 and they are very caring and professional. I dont understand the negative reviews as my entire family comes here for the best dental care. Highly recommended for astonishing work. Even other dentist see how much this office cares about my teeth.

I have been coming here since 2001. My boyfriend needs a dentist and I keep telling him to come here. I love it, and I wouldn't want to find a different dentist. I am not sure about these negative reviews. But in 17 years, that has never once been my experience with this practice. I highly recommend you try them if you are looking for a new dentist.

I am not sure about these other negative reviews but my family has been going since I was a child. The service has been fine and employees have been very nice. When it comes to pricing I would recommend asking in advance if you are wanting certain pricing (and stuff). That gives them time to more out pricing.

Staff was VERY unprofessional! Somehow i kept getting scheduled for a cleaning, but needed cavities filled. Staff was persistent on me getting x-rays, but I had questions on what would all be covered under my insurance because Aspen Dental is running a special right now for free x-rays, she wouldn't answer my question and was in a huge rush to get these x-rays. She yelled at my husband and I saying, "I already told you both." Extremely unprofessional!!! We ended it right there, got our things, and walked out. I wouldn't go to them if they were the last dentist office on the planet. No stars if I could. All they care about is money NOT the welfare of the patient. I've been in the medical field for 17+ years and have NEVER seen staff act so unprofessional.

I've been a patient of Dr. Bierman's for about 15 years, and I've had nothing but excellent experiences. The dental hygienists are friendly and efficient - they do a great job, and I'm usually in and out of the chair in under 30 minutes. I have pretty boring teeth, but when I did need to have a couple of cavities filled it was painless and easy. I recommend Complete Family Dentistry to anyone who asks!

Absolute WORST dentist office out there! Please save yourself some time, money and pain by not going here! They don't care about their patients they just want to rush through the appointment and get your money. Thanks to them I now have $2000 in dental debt. I went to them to get two cavities filled. They ended up chipping my tooth so I had to get that fixed BUT it gets better. I went back to them about 2 weeks after they did this telling them I was in a lot of pain and bleeding and the dentist didn't even look in my mouth just told me it should go away in a week or so. Well a month went by and I was still in a lot of pain and bleeding so I went to an ENT thinking it was something to do with my sinuses. They took one look at me and told me I had severe TMJ but they couldn't tell me why my tooth was still bleeding and hurt. They referred me to a different dentist who is just PHENOMENAL he took one look in my mouth and told me first that Dr. Bierman didn't align my cavities correctly which caused me to have the severe TMJ but on top of that I would have to have the filling REDONE AND I had very sever impacted and infected wisdom teeth that I had been asking Dr. Bierman about for 6 months and he kept telling me they looked fine and they would keep watching them, I had asked him when I got the cavities filled as well and he said the same thing. After $1500 between the ENT and my new dentist I decided to call Dr. Biermans office to let them know about all of this of course they didn't care and still wanted my money which now is $2000 in dental. I talked to the billing lady at Dr. Biermans office and she was the most inconsiderate, rude, un friendly, woman I have ever spoken with. I wish I could remember her name, but ask for billing lady and you will get her (maybe her name was Jamie?). She is HORRIBLE! She decided to turn my bill over to collections after missing one payment. I work with people daily and my main goal is to always make my clients happy, well apparently t

ON behalf of Dr Bierman and his staff sending someone away for anything is a plane lie. I just recently as last week had a cavity filled. was told that I may have some pain and was given pain medication. I had pain for a couple more days and called in . Was told to come in the same day however I had an appointment that same week so I decided to wait until I went in was taken care of. I have been going to Dr bierman since 1993 so I can not and will not believe what this man is saying. THIS DOES NOT SOUND LIKE THIS OFFICE NOR STAFF.

She did a great job! I had to havw some fillings done, cavity work... etc. Been going here for a long long long time! :-)
