Dr. Millie has been my provider for 10+ years. She is very caring, gentle, professional and always accommodating. She let's you know possible problem areas to watch out for. I am very happy with the service and how it is a very small "mom and pop" business. I never feel rushed to leave. It's just comfortable here. Thanks Dr. Millie : )

I was looking for a new dentist and I came across Signature smile thru a google search. After noticing that they have excellent reviews, I gave them a try and they didn’t disappoint. Dr Chang really takes her time on you, which is the opposite from my former dentist who was always in rush and couldn’t spend more 30 mins on you no matter what the service/procedure is (main reason why I left him). Dr Chang took her time cleaning my teeth and explaining to me what she was doing and why she was doing it. I definitely recommend her

I do not like leaving reviews with a negative tone however I think it’s important to know that Dr. Chang takes an extremely aggressive approach (in my experience). For the last several years i’ve had amazing cleanings every 6 to 8 months with my dentists in NYC, LA and Indy. I got new insurance and found Dr. Chang who told me I had 11 cavities. It’s been years since I had a cavity. My Indianapolis dentist also happens to be a dear friend and I sent her my x-rays and she saw zero need for any fillings or drills. She recommended a fluoride toothpaste if I felt inclined. I know that I have really good dental hygiene and history so I wanted to post this because it breaks my heart to think somebody would go to Dr. Chang and suddenly be led to believe that they needed 11 fillings out of nowhere!?! Dr. Chang is very kind and lovely. She did my cleaning her self and while it was quite aggressive and painful and there was bleeding, my teeth felt clean when I left. The x-rays were by far the most uncomfortable I’ve ever had. I’ve never really had an issue with x-rays before but her instruments often either gagged me or were hurting the roof of my mouth. Hope this is helpful as you shop around for a dentist. I know it can be so hard to find one that is the right fit for each of our needs which is why I’ve actually flown across the country to see my dentists on a few occasions.

Dr. Chang is quick and efficient. I've had a couple of bad dentists in my life, but Dr. Chang is one of the best!

Dr. Chang was a recommendation from a good friend. My dad was a dentist for 52 years and so I guess I was still kind of searching for someone who practiced like he did. She does. Very personable; very gentle; very thorough. Answers questions carefully and clearly. All of the office staff were courteous and friendly. Will be recommending to others, and I drive 2 hours for the privilege of being her patient!

Bri starts out with a professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming attitude that makes you feel right off the bat in good hands. They communicate with excellence and make every effort to work with your schedule to meet your needs. Dr. Chang is even more amazing. I've had horrible experiences with dentists, so often, I thought it was normal, and have avoided dental work for far too long as a result. Not only did she validate my feelings but she communicated her plan and everything else she was doing. She was efficient, gentle, and considerate. Considering how much she did in one visit I'm amazed that my jaw isn't even a little sore. This whole practice is just....... Unmatched in excellence. I don't even live in the state of Indiana but was working here. I will fly back in for all my dentist needs.
