DONT GOT HERE this lady is a hustler. She is good at it too. She got me for about $800 for a deep cleaning I didnt need that I just had gotten with 18 months prior to seeing her. I felt like she was sticking me but i trusted her as a dentist and I had no insurance at the time. Then tried to overcharge me for another procedure she quoted me $1000. Other dentist charged just under $500. Same materials and same insurance. She is hustling. Stay away from this office

I have been a patient of Dr. Shah for 20 years and now she is my children’s dentist as well. There is no one else I would entrust with our dental care. Her integrity and expertise in the field are what make The Smile Center our only choice for dental care. She’s good with all of my children even when they might be scared and after so many years of coming to the same dental office, they are basically a part of the family. I could not and would not go anywhere else for dental care in all reality.

Once again I went to my favorite spot (The Smile Center) for quick cleaning. Let me tell you, the dental assistants are always super friendly and they make sure you're comfortable throughout the whole visit. Dr. Shah is the best. She is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. She makes sure I well taken care of and answers all my questions and concerns. If you're looking for a dentist that makes your smile her priority, Dr. Shah is the one to come see

Upon arrival I noticed that the professionalism that I’ve been used to when visiting other dental offices clearly didn’t exist at this office but I went through with my appointment with high hopes of being proven wrong. One of the staff members smelled, the lady that took my X-rays seemed to have an attitude, and Doctor Shah was VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I’m still in disbelief because I’ve never had an experience so poor at a dental office before . I knew from the moment I sat in the chair in the back for no longer than 5 minutes that I’ll NEVER return here for another service. I wish I had looked at the reviews prior to setting up my appointment because every one that I’ve read with 1star I can absolutely agree with. If I could give this place 0 stars I definitely would.I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL !

Not only is she a great Doctor, she is personable with her patients. I can always count on her to be upfront and honest. I will continue to follow her no matter where her office is located. Tried multiple times to make an appointment here. Staff seems to be uneducated on hours and how to properly schedule a patient or even new patient. Service could have been friendlier and welcoming. Just remember this as a new patient looking for dentists :)

Called to get my gfs tooth pulled, set up the appointment and in chronic pain we told them it was the wisdom tooth. She then started to say she was uncomfortable and she needed a to get a deep clean before she even said anything about her wisdom teeth, she said her teeth were dirty and that she was uncomfortable pulling it after she saw her teeth, my girlfriend is in tears and feels so small and is in so much pain, the lady at the front desk said that the can pull teeth, the doctor said she couldn't..... beware BAD BUISNESS

Don’t EVER get any dental work at this place! It was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. I called ahead time to make an appointment to remove my wisdom tooth and they said they would be able to do it. When I got there the receptionist was rude. The person who was suppose to take my x-rays forgot about me and the receptionist had to take my x-ray. Their equipment is outdated and the x-ray process was way more painful than normal, so much that I started bleeding. Then she told me to swallow the blood! Now my time is wasted and I still have a painful tooth...DO NOT COME HERE!

Enjoyed my visits here. The doctor seemed to care about my mouth. The way she handles the procedures is different. She does sorta rush thru if you are in pain, but honestly I preferred that. I hate going to the dentist. Hate the drill noise. Only thing was when she ran my insurance, it seemed she quoted the insurance for a bunch of things and only filled like 4 teeth. I am very ignorant to insurance but I got a bill a month later to pay $50 out of pocket, yet they said I was taken care of. I understand this happens at times, but I might’ve been bamboozled since things didn’t completely match up. Otherwise, a nice couple of visits.
