A & A Dental Center

Had a root canal as a precursor to implant procedure. When I went back for my appointment. There was a sign on the door that said we are closed for the day sorry. I called no answer. Called the following day and left a voicemail. I was never called back. Place is a Joke! If I could leave no stars I would too

Front Desk receptionist very rude and unprofessional. If customer service not for you please consider other professions.

I've been informed that they have 1 dental hygienist who is working at 4 different offices. They said they are very short-staffed for the time being. They called to push back my appointment by a month. Keep that in mind when you try to schedule an appointment - hopefully they can keep it!

The staff is horrible not all of them but it starts with the front desk the receptionist is very very very rude. Then chiz or Liz whatever her name was after she walked away from me asking a question about my teeth she rolled her eyes. The doctors are great very nice people but the staff are horrible but if you allow your staff to act the way they do it doesn’t reflect to good on you or your image either. You could have people now believing the act of kindness is a facade just to keep the customers and money rolling in.

Rudest office manager ever!!!! Mask are required for patients, but for her they're optional. Until she is fired, stay away from this place!!! Absolutely treated me like a dog, never again!!!! Handed me a treatment plan and told me my insurance didn't cover it, before I even saw the dentist, wth!!! Total joke!!!

Chipped my tooth, attempted to fix it and made it worse…if you like your teeth go anywhere but here and - 5 stars for customers service.

Been going to dr a and dr c for 16 yrs . I am a scaredy cat at the dentist. Both are gentle and caring! Dr a works with me on my fears and has major patience with me. Staff has always been friendly and caring. Only trust them in my mouth.

They removed a tooth & left a piece of the tooth in my mouth. VERY Rude customer service , I was on hold for more than 45 minutes when I made my appointment & when I would call back the hung right up on me

I called to schedule an appointment for a gum evaluation and the receptionist couldn't have been any more rude. I found A & A Dental Center on my insurance provider's website. When I informed A&A of who my insurance provider was, I was told that they never heard of them before and that I would need to obtain a provider number. I called my insurance provider and was instructed to have A&A call them to square away the details. When I called A&A back I was very rudely told that "I don't know anything about that provider". It's a real shame to basically be denied medical service because a receptionist is ignorant of my insurance provider and would not take the few minutes to call my provider to get any information needed.

We travel almost 2 hours to this dentist office. The front desk staff are rude. Dr. M.K. doesn't have his employees accept responsibility for their actions. The ladies at the front desk won't answer the phone for 30 minutes at a time. You can set a specific appointment and all your needs are not met simply because the front desk made a mistake and now the customer has to suffer the consequences. It's ridiculous. We ONLY decided to support Dr. M.k. because of my moms but not anymore. We drove out to the office a couple of times and had to turn around because we were given incorrect information. The other dentist is cool very down to earth respectful etc. It's important to respect people's space, marriage, money & time. You don't get a pass just because you're a dentist! Smh. Respect is important. Time is precious. Patience is a virtue.

I think this place is fine I love the dentist Dr.K hes super nice and makes sure if I'm in pain that I'm okay he even stops and ask if I'm okay when i make faces lol i saw other reviews saying they wouldn't go back but idk why when nothing is wrong with the place only thing i would suggest is the reciptist are better that's it i mean i called them and they said they would call me back and i waited 2 hours so called them and as she answered the phone to say hi and right as i went to say hi back she right away talked to a other person I get places get busy but that's why you ask if the person would hold on a minute which they will but that's it nothing huge I will be having Dr. K my dentist cuz hes awesome so I wouldn't really pay attention to the bad comments

The receptionist is extremely rude. The dentist needs to remove her immediately. We have 8 of us that go to this office and we will have to take our dental care somewhere else unless he removes this receptionist asap!!!!! She's rude, disrespectful and extremely unprofessional.

Great staff & always pleasant. I have been going here for over 5 years after leaving another facility. So glad I changed.

I’ve been going to A&A for about 6-7 years now. The staff has always been helpful and informative about what I need. They’ve shown me the best solutions for my situation and also have made sure I understand exactly what’s happening during my treatment plan. I definitely would recommend A&A.

There staff is probably the rudest group of people I have met. I went there to have a tooth removed the dentist himself was great. The receptionist should not work with live people ,she doesn't know how to speak with adults. The dental assistant is not a dentist she is a glorified secretary that has a Napoleon complex that should not be in the same room as people. They desperately need a revamp of that office and maybe they will keep business not mine but others

This is best place ever fornany and all dental work. I highly, highly recummend this place.

Horrible experience wow things have sure changed since 2005 i went in to get new set of denchers again since it has beeb a while for me and of course medicaid denied the first time i called today when i got the letter and this lady kriatina had treated me soo horrible over the phone all i simpmy asked what was the next steps she told me to call back at 3 and hung uo rudly i called back at 256 today and she keept habging up the phone on me i never got to speak to any one else had to call medicaid to find out they told some story on me which for my self i recorded kristina behavor over the phone this is suppose to be a perfenssional place pratice that excepts medicaid she shouldnt treat people any less just because they have medicais kriatina the only one that answered the phone how awfal gonna take my business else were

I’m going to come here permanently! The staff in the front and the back is so nice, and you can really tell they care about the patients! I’d recommend them to everyone.

I've never had better service anywhere in my life! Simply an amazing staff.
