Best dentist experience ever, Dr Wach is awesome, friendly, courteous, keeps you well informed on everything and his treatment is just terrific. I would suggest this office and Dr Wach to anyone.

At the beginning, I would’ve given them five stars. I was in and out within an hour. The dentist was amazing. The dentist made on sure I was completely numb before he started working and he was done in record time however, I was not able to get my prescription because the pharmacy did not have the prescription that was originally called in. Instead of calling another pharmacy to give me the original prescription, they lowered my dose After being in pain all night with zero pain medication. The way the receptionist talked to me was as if I was not telling the truth. I don’t know what type of clients they get there, but they 100% treated me as if I was some type of drug attic. I normally don’t go to dentist office like this, but Mortensen‘s assured me they were decent. I hope they never referred anyone there again it’s a nightmare. I cannot wait to tell them After care service was a nightmare.

I had came here May of last year to have a routine cleaning done. I thought it was going to be my usual hygienist but when they switched out the dentist apparently my hygienist left and no one told me. I was sat in a room and the new hygienist didn’t even introduce herself and started cleaning. While cleaning my teeth I had numerous fillings compromised. I ended up having to come back to the office due to sensitivity I had never had before and realized my multiple fillings that were less than 5 years old had been compromised. Also when they had to retop my fillings and cure them they didn’t apologize at all. I also didn’t receive a refund for anything and it has now been less than a year and a half and my filled teeth feel sensitive again because I think the fillings they threw in there crumbled back down. I’m thinking about suing because idk what else to Do… If I have to get 7 fillings fully redone it is going to be hundredsss of dollars.

This is a great dental office Dr. Wach and his team are terrific. They keep you well informed of what's going on and super friendly. my extractions were pain free.

My grandson was having really bad toothache . I brought him in , in a family manner . They did a root canal and got him taken care of quickly .his staff is extremely helpful and friendly

I was told I would have my teeth back the next day after they made a copy. This is very unprofessional and they was very aware I was emotional about going without them. I even took pictures because I had some fear about how all this could go down. I have not got them back and never got a call or text like I was told. Regardless if something came up I should have been called by someone period.....This all happened Tuesday the 19th of April 2022 around 11am it is now Thursday 21st 2022 and still no call no text and no teeth. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Just left there first time won't be my last the best experience I've ever had with a dentist and I'm 63 years old had a upper jaw tooth pulled didnt fill nothing not even the shots in the roof of my mouth..

Had an awesome experience! I haven’t been to the dentist in over a decade due to an irrational fear so was really nervous, but everyone I talked to was great. Really kind people who answered all of my questions, gave me important tips, etc. My cleaning went really well and I made another appointment to get a few fillings. Definitely the most positive experience I’ve had at a dentist’s office and I’ll be back.

State street dental is an amazing practice! they were able to get me into an appointment the next day after calling for an emergency visit all of the staff are extremely friendly and kind no judgement at all they were able to address my problem immediately and there fast at what they do 5/5 stars would recommend

I was in and out in less than twenty minutes this morning for an extraction. Quick, friendly and affordable.

He is one of the best quick and easy with no pain. And if you don't have insurance its not an issues there!

I'm surprised that I hadn't already reviewed Dr. Lapsey years ago. Anyhow, he is the only dentist I have been to in over a decade. He is very affordable and is very personable. He knows what he's doing and is very efficient in his work. I'm always amazed at how quickly he can do an extraction. The local anesthesia takes longer to set in by far than it does for him to do his work. His staff are personable and friendly as well.Nobody in his office is just acting nice or going through the motions. There's just one caveat: You need to make your appointment at first sign of a dental issue because he's often booked up pretty solid. Most of my appointments were actually 2 weeks or more on the wait and I was able to be called in much earlier based on Someone else canceling and what my level of need was at the time. Whenever I need any work, he will be who I will always go to for as long as he's in practice. Some of that is me being a creature of habit, but mostly because I trust his judgement and his hand.

Zero out of ten would reccomend, my wife had her wisdom teeth removed, nothing but excruciating pain. We go back after 5 days of this they take her stitches out and write her a prescription for pain pills, when we get over an hour back to our local pharmacy they tell us they can’t give them to us because State Street Dental wrote the wrong numbers, call state street dental and absolutely no help at all from the receptionist. If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service.

Went in for a third molar extraction. Probably the quickest dental visit I will ever have. Most of the time spent there was simply waiting for the local anesthetic to kick in. I didn't time the extraction but I feel that the process itself took all of 1 minute from elevators to standing up and walking out. Virtually no pain during injection, no pain during extraction, and from what I can tell, the fastest gauze placement to stem bleeding I have ever experienced. Called on a Thursday, received a call back Friday, got an appointment set on Monday. It's Tuesday and I'm back at work with no issues at all. Maybe it's just me, or the exceptional abilities of Doctor Lapsey, but I'm perfectly happy with services rendered and will return in future for other preventative services once COVID is over. Thank you to everyone at the office for taking care of me and I will promote your services from here on out.

Dr. Lapsey and his staff are very professional. Prices are excellent and they will work with you if you don’t have insurance. Friendly environment and great service!!!!
