I had a very positive experience at Gentle Dental. Dr. Lee and her staff were very nice and thorough. Whenever I have to have any procedures done at the dentist, I always have to take a sedative. I did not have to take a sedative this time. They were very kind and comforting. I have already started recommending Dr. Lee to my friends and family.

Not a good experience. The doctor pulled my 14 year old son’s 2 baby teeth out without getting my permission. He has no adult teeth to grow into these open spaces. He is missing these adult teeth. We now have to start orthodontics years earlier than expected. Please talk clearly to patients and parents before drastic procedures are done in the future.

Went for an extraction that went great. Problem with the bill. Through some double speak, wound up paying an extra $111.00 for what I'm still not sure. I thought the extra charge was because it was going to be a little more than a simple extraction. Pretty sure I paid $111.00 for nothing more than a misunderstanding.

Worst experience of my life. Technically, me even speaking about this is illegal. Gentle Dentist made me sign a NDA (Non-disclosure Agreement) saying I wouldn't talk about this incident. During my appointment, the dentist left the room and left the assistant in charge. I was alright with everything until I felt the assistant drilling down an area that was not supposed to be drilled on. After the assistant was done filling all of the cavities, I asked them why my teeth didn't look the same as they did when I came in. The assistant said that everyone's teeth have this same imperfection, and then smiled to show that they had the same shaped teeth. My teeth were visibly different after this appointment. All of my family and friends stared at my teeth and asked me if I had chipped them on something. I've been to 4 different dentists and nobody can fix the issue that Gental Dentist created. I have spent over $1000 dollars to try and fix my teeth and nothing has worked. Gentle Dentist in Westfield have ruined my teeth. Also, side note, the assistant was fired a few weeks later because of a multitude of different issues. The lady who told me to sign the NDA said that the assistant got fired because of a multitude of complaints and issues. Good thing they're gone, but if they allow this type of behavior and treatment of customers then who knows what they're fully capable of. I am a law abiding citizen and have never even gotten a traffic ticket. And because I signed their NDA, I can't even step foot into their facilities or legally tell anyone about what this business did to my teeth. Go to this dentist at your own risk. REPLY TO GENTLE GENTIST: I will not call to discuss this further because once you know who I am you will force me to take down this review.

I went there to get a root canal and a filling and after I had taken the Twilight pill he decides that he's not going to do the root canal and filled the tooth anyway and I've been in nothing but pain ever since

Very friendly people, Im very anxious when coming to new doctors offices but the people here made all of that go away within the first 10 minutes of being here. I got called back immediately when I showed up for my appointment and was in and out with x-rays and a cleaning in a half hour. These people know what they are doing! Dr. Stevens the main dentist, is a father of four, so he is very understanding! Update: Just went back to get my cavities filled. Spent the entire night before panicking and anxious about the injections and the drilling. DIDNT feel a single thing but a tiny pinch. Amazing work

Stacey and everyone at Gentle dentist were literally amazing. I was in pain, and had to make an emergency appointment, they got me in the very next day, and were even able to do a root canal the same visit. The Dr is super nice, and very thorough. I’m very sensitive and literally came out with basically no pain… the dental assistant was very good too. Absolutely recommend.
