Terrible front desk staff! Called to be a new patient, set up an appointment and had my old dentist in a different city email them my records--which were sent within 15 min of setting up the appointment. I told them when I called my married and maiden name just incase my old records were sent with my maiden name since I just got married a month ago. So I show up to my appointment for a filling and 1) they "cant find" my records 2) they are RUDE and 3) when I asked why they didnt call me to let me know they couldn't find my records (which they later found). Irresponsible, rude office staff on my first visit. If your office staff can't be responsible, I would hate to see what it would be like to have a full visit with the dentist himself!

I have been to both good and fair dentists in the last 50 years. Dr. Ben (Selden) is by far the best. He takes no short cuts, doesn't care how long it takes, and will spend much time before and after procedures with the patient. No one likes needles.... and his steady hand and ability makes that portion of the experiece not an issue. He is superior in his field and his ability to make you feel compfortable from start to finish is unequaled in my observations.
