I have been going to this place for 12 plus years. They've always take my insurance, great about appointment reminders too! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly staff, gentle on the adults (haha), always happy to see you, clean & sanitary and it's cool they have a seperate computer screen by the chair so when they are looking at the chart on the computer can see the X-rays or when they have taken pictures of your teeth & gums you can actually view what they are looking at & get a visual of issues and see exactly what's going on (they had this when I first started going here). I like the tvs in the rooms as it takes your mind off the teeth. I initially came hear because I couldn't find anyone that would take my insurance at the time and they have been so great I don't want to leave them! In addition appointments are right on everytime no long waiting and consistent with the time of procedures being done which can be important no long waiting times in waiting room. ****Update 4/5/2022 they don’t accept my new dental insurance :(

I have been a client of this office for close to 10 years. But because my insurance changed its policy and will only pay for xrays every 5 years. The Office expects me to pay out of pocket for xrays on an annual basis. Because I will not pay annually for xrays, they refused to clean my teeth. Ridiculous. Lost a client for good.

Always an amazing experience with the staff here! They go the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and in good hands! Totally recommend

I wasn't even at the office, I was at the coffee shop this morning right next to this place and one of your employees decided to treat me like I was going to rob her or the coffee shop. She said just doing due diligence well heres my due diligence. I will never go here and I will make sure I tell all my friends not to go here as well.

Incompetent dental work that should never even been completed. Overcharged my credit card without my knowledge or consent and despite multiple emails and calls refuses to resolve the situation. Go to Main Family Dental at your own risk!

Dr. G is awesome and his assistant Hannah is so nice and welcoming. My procedure was very reasonably priced and I was in and out in an hour. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

This place is awesome! I was originally hesitant because I haven’t had good luck with dentists. In the past I’ve only experienced judgmental dentists and staff. But at this place it isn’t like that at all. Everyone was super nice, I never once felt judged or unwelcome. Dr John did a great job! Thank you so much!! I want to also edit and add that my second appointment here was awesome as well! I had Lisa this time and she was so sweet and very informative and did a great job keeping my anxiety down during my visit! She even made sure to have someone check in on me the next day just to see how i was doing since I had some discomfort during my appointment and I really appreciated that! She is absolutely wonderful! Thanks again 😊

We recently moved to Iowa from Green Bay, WI where we didn't have a dentists, because when I went to Fay Dental in Green Bay, WI the hygienist I had was very rude and disrespectful to me so we didn't go back. So when I went to Main Family Dental Care I was very pleasantly surprised of how nice everyone is, and the best part they don't judge you no matter how your teeth are. My hygienist was super nice and I didn't feel judged at all, and matter a fact she was very caring and gentle with me when she did my cleaning. I am so happy that they where the first dental place I found and called, because I feel I can trust them to do all my dental work. My husband had his teeth cleaned also, the same day, and recently he had to go in for an emergency tooth extraction and they took him in as soon as they could to pull it. So if you are looking for a dentist where they treat you with respect and make you feel like you are cared for then you should definitely choose Main Family Dental Care for all your dental care needs because they are so very well worth it. I brought my 89-year old mom here to establish a new dentist. She was worried about dental work in general, and about going to a new dentist. I did all the research I could, and chose Dr. Griebahn's office based on their vastly larger number of reviews, and still maintaining a high rating. I am so glad for the decision I made! The staff was so helpful and friendly, and Dr. Griebahn couldn't have been more caring, communicative and honest. I am thrilled with my decision, and highly recommend this excellent dentist!

Roses are reds; violets are blue; if you’re looking for a dentist; this ones for you! I had a tooth that was cold sensitive and turns out I was brushing too hard! Dr. G applied a desensitizing agent to it and It helped instantly! 10/10 recommend

This was my first visit here. I was very impressed with how thorough they were in my examination. They showed me all the pictures and x-rays. They made sure that I understood what they were showing me and also that I knew just what the procedures would be. Also, they explained what would and wouldn't be covered by insurance. They tried to make it as comfortable a procedure as possible. Everyone was friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Main Family Dental has been my go to dentist for years. They communicate much better then any doctor or dentist office that I've dealt with in the past. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I would suggest to friends and family.

I was extremely impressed by Dr. Griebahn and his staff. Everyone was professional, yet very warm and pleasant. My family just recently became new patients and visiting their office felt more like a visit with family who deeply cared for us. They even worked with our small children while our teeth were cleaned. I cannot recommend them enough. We are grateful for their excellent customer service and quality dental care.

The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. They dont express judgement, but give you straight-forward, clear diagnostics. The fillings are always quick, but well done. This is a wonderful office.
