Everyone I had contact with - starting from my initial phone call all the way through my entire appointment, made me feel welcome, listened to, and cared for. I cannot say enough good things about my experience there. Every step of the way i felt they were taking the time to explain what they were doing and why. Dr. Patrick was very thorough and answered all of my questions.
