Billing department is a nightmare! I asked many times if it was a in network insurance they said yes. After my surgery I went to pay she said my bill like $180 so I wrote a check months and months later I had letters from debt collector and no bill . Finally got a bill for 1,000 and they said they fix it. Never happened I keep getting bill after bill and higher charrges added. No help on there end and I wrote the check out for $550 this pass weekend to pay it off I don't want too keep paying for payment fees they add on like $8.90 one month and the next month they add on $11.00 fee. Bill keeps going up. Great Dr great service horrible billing department.

The dentists and the hygienists are great. If they could get their billing straight and submit to the right insurance providers in the proper order I would give them 5 stars. Otherwise, it takes them 6 months several phone calls and a personal visit or two to figure it out.

I have gone to this office for 35 years. Always have gotten great service from the staff such that I have continued to keep my kids seeing there office after moving to a much bigger town. Today I found out that they cancelled all of my kids appointment due to a very small balance that was owed that I knew nothing about. I am very disappointed in there office and clearly they are only out for the bottom dollar and not to take care of there long time patients. It is very sad to me
