The Dental Office

I have been a patient at The Dental Office since 2016 and have never looked back. The office itself is always clean, has great tunes, and is an awesome environment. The customer service you receive at the front desk is beyond anything you would expect from a small town dentistry, the hygienists are all so kind and amazing at what they do, and Dr. Brown is simply incredible. I have never met a single staff member here who treated me with anything less than the utmost respect. They are great at communicating for appointments, explaining your bill, and just simply great people. My gums and teeth have never been healthier. I recommend The Dental Office to everyone in my life, and will continue to do so!

So I went to a dentist in Sioux Center due to tooth pain. They gave me an antibiotic and scheduled me over 2 months out to get the problem fixed. A friend referred me to this dental office and they got me in right away and corrected the problem with a root canal. I've never had a root canal done but they were very informative and gave me options / pricing up front, and what they would do in my position. Dr Brown, who you can call Chad - is super cool. He's a normal person who doesn't have the arrogance of being better than his staff or customers due to a higher degree. Beth and Emily and KP and the rest of the staff are also super chill and really easy to chat with. The root canal was actually a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this place for all your dental needs as it was the best dental experience I ever had.

I’ve been going to Chad since he opened in 2008 and I hope I never have to go anywhere else. Actually my whole family goes there. I had a filling done and I was shocked that there was no pain when they gave the shot. If you’re looking for a dentist, or don’t like yours, this is definitely the place to go. Plus he has a pretty cool building.

The staff is always friendly and in a good mood. They are super helpful when it comes to insurance, and moving around appointments and finding what works for your schedule. Dr. Brown is friendly, professional, and does a great job.

I have been going to The Dental Office for the last 3 or 4 years. From the first time I went there they made me feel very comfortable. Best dental experience I have ever had.

I hadn't been to the dentist in 8 years. I was a bit nervous but they made me feel comfortable, and I knew I was in good hands. I'm leaving for college soon and they are working super hard to try and fit me in before then for some more work that I need done. When I had any questions, the staff calmly and sweetly explained everything to me. The office makes you feel at home, and doesn't make you feel like you're in a too bright doctors office. Love it!
