Had an emergency with my kid and our normal dentist was closed. Called their office since I couldn't reach ours. Dr. Serg, Melissa, and Donna were great. Got us in even though we weren't patients and took care of my son's cracked tooth.

Dr. Serge and his staff are wonderful and always so friendly. Recently got a crown done with Dr. Serge and it was great to be able to get it all done in one visit on the same day. I loved not having to wait for my crown.

Very rude and unprofessional desk staff and dentist. Dr. Serg and Melissa both argued with me and refused to let my spouse schedule an appointment, stating he had missed an appointment several years earlier (eight years to be exact), even though it had been cancelled. Serg stated it's his policy to not accept a patient after even one missed appointment, and he "cannot override it", even though he is the owner. At one point Melissa hung up on me and told me not to come back as well. The assistants and hygienists are friendly, but that's the only thing going for this place.
