Dr Nolan is the most kind and most patient dentist I’ve ever been to! We moved and I was not thrilled to find a new dentist again. My past dental experiences have been less than thrilling and I dread going to the dentist (I think he hears that often, ha!). He was the FIRST doctor to not make me feel like I was a loon for having dental anxiety and didn’t make me feel embarrassed about my teeth due to health issues. His staff was all fantastic as well and their office is nice and welcoming! Going to switch my entire family over to Dr Nolan!

Main Street Implant & Family Dentistry in Eldorado Kansas is a great place for your Dental care. The front desk ladies are super friendly and helpful.The Dental Hygienist and Doctor Nolan Andrews is exceptional in his knowledge care and concern. He is understanding explains everything and really cares about you Doctor Nolan and his staff made me feel not only welcome but comfortable as well. Dr. Nolan was great but his front office staff leaves a lot to be desired

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Nolan and his staff. They are kind, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. I appreciate the fact that Dr. Nolan gives his recommendations of what needs to be done and then leaves the decisions up to me whether it be that day or farther down the road. There is no pressure to have something done on the spot. I truly enjoy my visits to Main Street Implants and Family Dentistry. I have referred several friends and family members and will continue to do so.

I've had lots of work completed by these guys. They are always friendly and make my time there enjoyable. Whether it has been from simple cleanings to some major work these guys have worked with me, to help me make my smile great. Truly a different outlook on dental work than I have had in the past. They are now my go to when I need anything done and will always be my recommendation to those in need. I thank them for the work they do.

Dr. Nolan and his staff are excellent! Years ago I actually made an appointment with them by mistake and ended up being late because I showed up to where I thought I had made my appointment. They told me to come on in and were able to get me in quickly that day. It was the best mistake I’ve made and I’ve been coming here ever since. His receptionists always have me checked in before I even tell them my name and are super friendly. My hygienist is always very gentle and very personable. They always work well with my busy schedule and get me in quickly if I have something going on with my teeth. Dr. Nolan takes the time to check everything out and takes great care of his patients. Most recently I broke my night guard I use and he replaced it with no charge to me. I appreciate doctor and his staff!

I got my teeth cleaned by Erika who was so nice and gentle and explained everything in detail. Dr. Nolan then came by and further explained some tooth issues Ive been having. Without him, I would have never known! Very thankful for this team!! Oh and they have an office dog (Herbie!!!) who was there that day!

I watched the hygienist go from working on my teeth to typing on the keyboard and come back to my teeth all with the same gloves on. If they do it with me, they probably do it with everyone. Not a comforting thought. Also, the hygienist didn't seem to know how to properly numb my gums. The first time I went it, she basically went crazy with the syringe to try to make sure everything was numbed. Which was fine since she used the topical. The second appointment, she didn't have the topical numbing gel ready before the syringe. I had to ask her to do the topical. And then when she did use the syringe, she didn't wait long enough for the topical to take effect so it was more painful than usual. She also put it way too deep into the back of my gums such that my ear was numb and the actual gums where my teeth were being cleaned were not numb. There were spots on the top gum that weren't numb either. Not a great experience. I also don't understand breaking up the scaling into two appointments. They claimed it would take a total of 4 hours, so 2 hours for each appointment, and it was only 1 hour for each appointment. I've had the procedure done before about 4 years ago and the office I went to at that point did it in one go.

Haven't seen a dentist in many years due to last one I saw was completely belittling. I had major pain in my mouth, went in and the staff are amazing! Dentist was honest but not condescending and I truly value that and can't wait to continue seeing them.

I was initially angry with the Dr. (because I didn't know the whole story basically) but after speaking with him I rescind my last review. He cares more for his patients than any other dentist I've dealt with.

We have always had the best experiences with Dr. Nolan and his staff! They are so friendly, very good with kids! He talks with them and interacts with them, and gets them comfortable before starting on their teeth. Every single time the kids have had to get shots, or teeth pulled, he’s very good. The days of holding my kids down screaming, or them refusing to open their mouths are gone! I’m so thankful to have a young energetic dentist who loves kids! If you’re looking for a friendly office and a great dentist, look no more! Main Street Dental should be your next stop!

Absolutely love my new dental team! Finding a dentist you like and trust can be difficult. I've been so impressed with every single interaction, with not just the doctor, but the entire staff. The scheduling coordinator went above and beyond to get my entire family of 7 scheduled for cleanings as new patients with a massive amount of restrictions on our availability. I then had an emergency and they got me right in. Not only did they assess the problem, they were able to fix it the same day! Every part of my treatment was fully explained and they made sure I was completely comfortable during my procedure. Even the billing process was painless... by the time I was finished in the back, my insurance had been checked and entered so my bill was accurate. I absolutely hate pricing mis-quotes so that was a big deal! Very impressed with the entire team!!!

Nolan, Kristen & crew are the best. 10 stars. Great with everyone from my 2 year old and up!

Hands down best experience ever! Never in my wildest dreams would I leave a dentist office with the satisfaction and looking forward to going back! The dr. is great! States the facts, lets you decide what will work for you, with no pressure. My cleaning was a pleasant experience compared to any other I have experienced. Rated with 10 stars!

As someone who does not enjoy the dentist, my experiences at Main Street have been nothing but pleasant. Dr. Nolan is very gentle and asks consistently how I am doing during procedures. He is also very friendly and comical. He'll undoubtedly make you feel calm and in good hands. The waiting room is very relaxing as well, equipped with magazines, music, and a fancy coffee machine! Go to Main Street Dentistry!!!

The Staff is very personable and accommodating. I went in for a “Comprehensive exam” after not having been to the dentist for many years. Shannon probably took 20-30 x-rays and Dr. Andrews was able to find AND FILL 2 cavities at the same time. Throughout the exam Both Shannon and the Dr were kind and were both able to hold good conversation which helped with the unavoidable unpleasantness of having holes drilled in your teeth. Overall I am very happy with my visit and will be seeing them again... much more frequently than the 6-7 years it had been since my last dentist appointment.
