I was a previous patient of Dr. Esau and of course he is wonderful! I recently had an emergency to fix a front chipped tooth the weekend before a funeral and a wedding. I was desperate, not only were they able to squeeze me In, but it was my first time working with Dr. Casey Miller. He was so accommodating and professional. He took the time to answer questions prior to even working on my tooth. He didn’t just rush in and do the work and leave like a lot of dentists do. Sometimes at dentist offices you feel like your only communication is with the hygienist. Dr. Esau and Dr. Miller take the time to talk with you and figure a plan of action. The front desk staff are so nice and professional as well, they make you feel welcome and try to do everything they can to work with insurance or any payment needs. They hygienists at the office are very gentle and make sure to ask if you are doing ok through the procedure. I have recently changed insurance and now have one that they do not take anymore. I will be changing to an insurance they do take just so I can continue going there. That is how much I appreciate the people there. I am even referring my mom who lives an hour away just because I know she will love it too! My husband is a patient as well as my kids. We will continue visiting this office for as long as we are able. Thank you Dr. Esau and especially Dr. Miller for giving me the confidence to smile again through one of the toughest times and through a happy one!!

This morning was unbelievable, truly I've been gobsmacked over this interaction all day. I had been there a few times in the past for cleanings and the woman I see has always been great. But today.. Well, if I could leave no stars, I would. I saw Todd Esau today for a consultation. As we are going over my options, he talked over me, was pushy, and when I gave feedback, he was rude. So, I decided to leave and take this to a different dentist. When I had gathered my things and tried to leave, he moved to get in my way, I felt he was going to touch me so I said, "Don't grab me." Sure enough, this man got in front of me and grabbed my shoulders and I said, "Hands. Off." He put up his hands and said, "Hit me" Which was a very jarring response. I told him of course I had no intentions of hitting him and that I also wasn't going to argue with him. His assistant nodded understandingly to me as I said these things. Then, obviously upset, I left and will not be back.

I verified at the time of making my appointment my insurance was accepted yet the day of my appointment after getting X-rays was Informed they didn't accept my insurance and was turned away. The flood of emotions that I felt today including disappointment, frustration, embarrassment, and defeat. I have been suffering from a broken and infected tooth for sometime now that needed immediate attention and my insurance company provided me with a very small list of dentist within my coverage with Esau Miller family being one of them only to be turned away after being told they originally accepted my insurance. Very disappointed on how everything was handled today and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I actually enjoy going to this dental office. Appointments are on time, the staff is friendly, technically competent and the equipment up to date.
