I called prior to my appointment to see if they accepted my dental insurance. I was told yes and then showed up to my appointment and couldn’t be seen. They didn’t take my insurance. Such a waste of time and miscommunication on their part.

This is the best experience I have ever had going to a dentist. I am new to KCMO and do not have a regular dentist a relative recommended Piper dental. I was in horrible pain and they fit me in and took amazing care of me. I admit I am always so scared of going to the dentist and waited way to long to go, the staff and dentist were so kind and gentle. I just am so thankful to them.

This office has friendly, knowledgeable and supportive staff. I had issues with some dental work performed. Called Piper dental office and got right in. My problem was fixed in a matter of minutes. I would recommend this dental office to anyone. Side note: tell the doctor and his dental hygienist not to crack jokes while working. They are hilarious!! :)

I LOVE this place!!! If you are looking for a new dentist, I Highly Recommend this place! Dr. Eikenberry is very honest, patient, and kind. He does not fix anything unless required, and will tell you. He is concerned with the American dollar and wants what is best for the Patient and their wallet. The cleanings that the Dental Hygienist does is remarkably gentle and always is concerned about your comfort level. I don't want to go anywhere Else!!!

Great Experience! Typically not a huge fan of going to the dentist, however Dr. Eikenbary, Jennifer, Megan and the rest of the staff were amazing. I had broken a crown and they were able to get me in quickly and since I was a new patient after just moving to the area, I wasn't sure if that was even possible. Options for further treatment were presented and they even fit me in for teeth cleaning the very same day. Their easy going manner and extreme patience with a nervous patient (me) was outstanding. I highly recommend.
