The staff is very pleasant, the Dr is great. You're not rushed in and out, you feel heard and seen. Very cozy place. Been going for years.

The staff was absolutely phenomenal!!! Came on a groupon for me and my wife, can not stress how much of an amazing experience we had. We were anxious about gettin work done however, the moment we walked in we were treated like family. Highly recommended!!!!! You won't be disappointed!!!!

Dr. Sonal Bhoot, DMD has been my dentist for more than two years. In my opinion she is an exemplary dentist with a great staff. Most recently she has performed anterior porcelain crowns (smile makeover) which all of my family are genuinely impressed. I look forward to having Dr. Bhoot as my dentist in the years ahead. I was beyond happy with Dr Bhoot and her entire dental team!! They go above and beyond to help make your experience anything but a dental visit. The front desk is super friendly and answer any questions. Dr. Bhoot explains everything she is doing, she makes sure you're comfortable, and it never feels like it's being rushed (unlike other dental offices). I would definitely recommend this place!! I have read previous reviews and wanted to set the record straight. I have been a patient for over 8 years and refer people to the office all the time. The NEW staff it's very competent and knowledgeable. They thoroughly explain to me my insurance benefits and treatment plan. I have had no surprises in billing. James does an excellent job cleaning my teeth and Dr Bhoot is phenomenal with her treatment and chair side manner.

Dental Expressions is an amazing office. The staff is extremely helpful knowledgeable and friendly. The doctor is really talented and has a great skill set with cosmetic dentistry. I recently got anterior crowns that I have gotten so many complements on! Love it here. Highly recommend this office!!

I thought that Dr.Bhoot was great. Unfortunately, I had an issue with billing. I was never notified about a bill that was due from the Leawood office. Allegedly, they had issues with my insurance company, which was not once communicated to me. They claim to have mailed letters that I never received. I never got a phone call. The bill was close to one year old. It was only brought to my attention when they sent me to collections. When I called the office he assured me that not paying medical bills wouldn't hurt my credit that much...After numerous phone calls I learned that my insurance company did pay them, and that I owed a fraction of what they sent me to collections for. None of this was ever communicated to me, and for more than nine months I was unaware I had an outstanding balance. I had even visited the Lee's Summit location, and it was not brought to my attention. When I communicated with the front staff about my insurance paying them, he said it was probably right. After all of this I can confirm I will never go back. It's not worth the risk, regardless of how good the Doctor is.

I am giving them one star because the doctor actually seemed nice and competent. Other than that I can tell you absolutely don't go here. I went in for a cleaning which was fine the doctor seemed nice and then I got my bill. The cleaning was covered under insurance but they billed the insurance company for series of X-rays they never took. When I called to talk to Ross he said two times he didn't have my paperwork in front of him so he would have to call me back, twice no return phone call. Finally I got a new bill that I owed $185 out of pocket for pictures (not X-rays) that they took of my teeth which I never saw and don't know the purpose of and they still charged the insurance company for X-rays the didn't take. Long story short my new dentist has offered to help me fight it so I can get the X-rays I need. Oh, and my boyfriend also use to go here until his bill got screwed up and he is getting the same run around. Save yourself the trouble and phone calls, go somewhere else.

Dr. Bhoot is very down to earth and knowledgeable. She's very thorough as well. She takes her time with you but I've yet to experience a wait for her so I don't know how she does it, LOL. Very clean office and great staff. The only suggestion I would make is that for anxious people like me, we need headphones to listen to music and sunglasses to hide our tears and fears. I definitely recommend her and this location though.

If I could give lower I would. My roommate went here in February. We specifically asked on the phone if there was an oral surgeon who worked here. We were told yes, and that they would do an exam to see if it was needed. That is fine, and standard practice so we didn't have a problem with that. But they told him his whole mouth was "wretched looked terrible and needed to be yanked out" and they didn't have a surgeon on staff. So the initial person who scheduled the apt lied to us.

Excellent dental care, and great service for dental problems. Short wait in the nice waiting room. I am able to make an appointment with ease and have not had any issues with work that Dr. Bhoot has done for me and my family. She is a good dentist and does good quality work. Her staff are nice, and accept my insurance. I like the fact that they have a location in Lees Summit as well.

Dr Sonal Bhoot is extremely knowledgeable and experienced Dentist. Friendly front desk staff, the proficient hygienist explained each step of the cleaning process. Once cleaning is done x ray are taken again to ensure all looks great. Clean environment. I would recommend to all!
