Pierce and Knightly takes great care making sure you are comfortable and addresses your concerns with each dental visit. They are excellent in meeting your needs when unexpected emergencies emerge. Their approach is very gentle which I really appreciate.

I've been going to Pierce family dentistry since 1984. If they moved to another city, I'd have to consider following. Can't speak more strongly of my loyalty and trust of their services. Needed a 2nd visit for a crown. Dr Knight was wonderful. Such a professional . The crown was fitted perfectly and not a single issue a week later. An older crown had chipped. I was taken in in a few days. Dr Knight was able to determine that a little polishing would fix me up and I was on my way in Lee's than 30 minutes. Typical wonderful service.

Another good cleaning and 6month check up. I was very glad at last appointment when gum thinning was noticed and the referral for periodontal care took care of it before it became unfixable. I have been a patient here for many years and continue to trust the dentists and their staff with my dental care. They are friendly and efficient.

The staff is so professional! Always greets you by name when you enter the office. They have brand new TVs in each operatory and were able to show me my X-rays on the flat screen! I’d never go to another dentist — they’re the best!

Everyone here is always super nice and very accommodating for my kiddos! Highly recommend.

I chipped one of my teeth and filling on a Tuesday night and texted Pierce & Knight about getting an appointment ASAP. I got in the next morning at 8:30 am. Dr. Pierce and his staff took great care of me and fixed my tooth and filling. I feel like they really care about their patients and Dr. Pierce even called me later on that same day to check on me. I have the highest of praise for their business due to their care and level of service.

Emily is usually my dental hygienist and I can’t say enough good things about her. I was running late, but she is very quick and business like, while being very personable and warm. What a hard worker! I know she has consistently done a better job of cleaning my teeth than the hygienist I went to for 26 years. She even asked about my daughter whom she’d seen last year. Emily makes me feel cared about and listened to when I see her. In fact, everyone has always been so thorough at this practice that I know I’m getting the best care. I did have some concerns about some staining, but admittedly I do drink coffee, so the doctor I saw may have thought the very small area will continue to stain and that’s fair. I could’ve asked him more about it, but that was my choice. Update: I accidentally reposted this, but what I wanted to do was add that my visit yesterday was the same; the same professionalism, and care as always. It’s such a great feeling to know you have a reliable practice to go to. Also, the stained areas disappeared with a new toothpaste recommended by Dr. Knight since I’m sensitive to SLS. Thank you all!

I have been a patient with Pierce and Knight family dentistry for 13 years and have always received the best dental care from Dr. Pierce, Dr. Knight and their hygienists. My teeth are in excellent condition due to following Doctors and hygienists orders to brush and floss daily and schedule 6 month appointments to care for my teeth. I appreciate them so much for their experience in caring for me and my teeth. They are in my experience the best dental team you will find in Missouri or Kansas. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. My hygienist Marilyn is the best a girl can get. The front office is always wonderful to me when come in for my appointment. I wanted to be sure everyone who is apart of the practice to be recognized as super stars in my mind.

Wonderful, caring staff. I had an injury and Dr.Knight went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. She was very meticulous in her treatment and explanation of my options.

I couldn't ask for a better experience. From the friendly staff to the excellent, excellent care I've received from Dr. Knight - top notch all around! And this is coming from someone who dreads going to the dentist.

18 years ago I had a wisdom tooth bust a jaw tooth. It hurt so bad I couldn't stand it. My boss recommended Pierce and Knight dentistry, After a root canal and removal of all wisdom teeth feeling no pain in the whole process. Pierce & Knight dentistry have been cleaning my teeth ever since. They are awesome.

I really would like to give this dentist five stars. The people are very nice, and they did a great job helping me with a broken tooth. I do not have Covid, but when I called to inform them that my wife has Covid, I was told I cannot come in. I totally understand that. Yet The irony in all of this, is because this means they have essentially canceled on me due to THEIR policy. I called before my appointment and was willing to come in. Regardless, they charged me a cancellation fee. They said I should have called them the day we found out. We found out at 2pm yesterday and I was still testing to make sure I didn’t have Covid. I understand a cancellation fee for something willy-nilly, but this was a legitimate reason for THEIR safety. I could have just lied to come in anyways, but I didn’t. I chose to do the right thing and somehow I’m now being penalized. I just don’t think this is good and fair practice for a new customer. I have only had one visit with this dentist office, they say that you are allowed to have one cancellation, but for some reason this cancellation cannot be waived because it was scheduled for more than an hour. I get that the doctor cannot have people canceling left, and right, it costs them money in the end. But they know that I’m going to reschedule this appointment because I need to come in and get the crown. They will get paid for this work at the end of the day. To me, this just seems lacking grace and is a bit profit over people focused. People cannot control when their family gets Covid. I really liked the doctor here, and I found the people helping him to be great. Therefore it makes me sad that I will probably not ever come back here after I get my crown finished. My Dad is a doctor, and I’ve never seen him blast people with policy and no true unerstanding when they had a legitimate reason for canceling. When looking at other reviews, it seems that others have had similar experiences here. For this reason, because they do not seem
