I have been coming to this dental office for about two years now. On my first visit, the doctor recommended that I get the scaling done, come to cleanings every 3 months, and some other work that needed to be done. The office manager sat me down and gave me precise information on what needed to be done sooner rather than later and how much it all would cost. I have been seeing Alayna for my 3 month cleanings. I can honestly say that I have never had anyone in the medical profession treat with me the dignity and respect that Alayna does. When I first saw Alayna, I explained that I had been battling severe depression for months, and taking care of my teeth was my last priority. Over time, she gave me manageable, obtainable goals for our next visits. Her caring approach to my health literally changed my life. My teeth are in MUCH better shape now, and I am developing habits to implement to improve my health. Every single staff member I have met at Olathe South has gone above and beyond to make sure all my questions are asked and that I feel comfortable. I NEVER thought I would say that I "look forward" to going to the dentist, but this office really does make me feel extremely welcome.

Let me start by saying that since I could remember, I run away from dentist. I went as far as almost 10 years without seeing one until I found this place. I have never felt so comfortable, so at home and at ease like I am when I visit Olathe South Dentistry. The entire staff is amazing! Dr. Alipour is so kind and comforting, which I never thought I’d find in a dentist, but I’m glad I have. Along with Brandi, Kate, Dolores, Saber & honestly everyone else. I feel right at home! 100/10 recommend. You will not regret it!

This is a little office full of tooth fairies! They are so kind and gentle. It had been a few years since I had gone to the dentist and I was a little nervous, but they were so nice and make sure I was comfortable the whole time! Will definitely be back!

Today was my first visit to this facility for a routine cleaning. After two and a half hours and no cleaning of my teeth they proceeded to tell me I had to have extreme dental work. They told me I needed to be seen by the dentist and have cleanings every 3 months, a cavity removed and refilled, a crown put on another tooth and a deep cleaning of all my teeth. I had been to another dentist less than 6 months ago and he said that my teeth were in really good shape. This place is all about money and not your teeth. As I walked out I heard them laughing Scary !!

Found them from their signage. Excellent service and very friendly. Dentist was very knowledgeable. I was able to get everything I needed done in the same day. I highly recommend.

I love this practice! Dr. Rawalt is skilled, friendly and takes an honest interest in her patients. My appointment was on time and efficient. Excellent communication before, during and after my visit. I appreciate the patient portal and the text appointment reminders.

Dr Alipour has been amazing since we started visiting her office. She completely restored my confidence in dentistry. And a special thank you to Brandi the operations manager, she is the absolute best.She has always made my time there with the kids a blast. The staff are all professional, friendly, understanding, knowledgeable and the best. I would highly recommend Olathe South Dentistry.

Dr. Rawalt is incredible. Can't recommend her highly enough. She's ridiculously fast but also careful. The support staff is terrific, too.

Dr. Rawalt is awesome. I broke my tooth and she worked me in the next day. The entire office made me feel welcome and took great care of me. I would recommend Olathe South Dentistry.

This place should be shut down. They tried scamming me out of almost a grand telling me I needed a deep clean and I had been negligent to my teeth. I got a second opinion and they told me I didn't need a deep clean and had been taking care of my teeth. Stay away from this trash.

My first time at Olathe South Dentisty. I found them friendly and easy going to interact with. The dentist and all involved were thorough, friendly and efficient.

Alaina cleaned my teeth today and it was the best cleaning I've ever had. Would recommend to anyone. Great office.

I have been going to this place for over a year now. The first time I went there Dr. Jackson did a good job. They only have one dental hygienist so the dentist tend to do the cleaning so sometimes the wait is long. The reason I am giving them a 2 stars is due to the lack of organization. I was scheduled for an Invisalign consult and when I showed up they told me my appointment most had been lost. I let that go since that happens but now I am battling them to get a claim pay. They said if my insurance does not pay them it will be my responsibility. Clearly I have the benefit and they have bill before for the same service. I was told by the manager that billing is a courtesy they do for the customers and as far as I was aware that was the billing department responsibility. It is really frustrating having to call my insurance and then calling them and waiting a month to hear back to tell me again to call them again when they can call it themselves. Now I have less then one month to get that figure out when my service was performed in December. I called my provider and they call them to solve the problem and I learned they have not updated the address they were sending the claims. If you have time to deal with them and insurance this is your place.

I've spent years trying to get my teeth deep cleaned but was always quoted a price beyond my means. Even with insurance footing the bill for most of it they all wanted several hundreds of dollars. Needless to say I was skeptical when I walked in. I expected to be told the same thing as other places. I was shocked when they told me my copay. I nearly cried because I can actually afford to get it done. Everyone in that office was exceptionally helpful and caring. I walked out very happy.
