I visited Ridgeview Family Dentistry for some complex dental issues. I was extremely impressed with every member of the front deck staff and the hygienists. Dr. Rick Hammel was careful, courteous and professional in his examination and then he was detailed and very detailed in explaining all recommended procedures, the reason why the procedures re necessary, the probability of other issues that might arise and he gave me all the time I needed to discuss any questions I had. I would highly recommend Dr. Hammel and the entire staff to anyone needing dental examinations and who wanted a full explanation of all alternatives and options. I was also very pleased with the cost to proceed with the dental work that was necessary.

I felt very comfortable at this dentist. Everyone in the office was very personable. The hygienist and the dentist explained every step they were taking and often asked if I was ok. The receptionist explained the cost of treatments very carefully. We are new here and I am recommending this dentist to my sister.

I'm a new patient. I have a fear of the dentist, but I can say I was quickly put at ease. The staff is very friendly. They keep you very informed as to what they are doing and why. I have more work that needs done, but I am comfortable in going back. As the patient, you make the decisions, you are not forced into anything. Great group of people.

Treat me well and help me get my dental issues in order. Always work with my schedule and send out reminders for appointments. Have offered me flexible payment options and helped work with my insurance. Great place.

I've had many a bad experience at dentists and was pretty nervous to try out yet another dentist. The regular dentist is on maternity leave but Dr. Hamel was personable, informative, and communicative. Really appreciate those qualities in a healthcare professional!

I love this dental office! They really care about you and your teeth. I have always hated going to the dentist but now I look forward to seeing everyone and getting my teeth cleaned. They really are a no pain dentistry!
