I was expecting great service. But after explaining treatment options the dentist did not pay attention to what I communicated in regards to my preferences and needs at the time and was forcing me to get other treatment that I didn't want. I ended up just walking out because after saying "this is what I would prefer," instead of acknowledging what I said he insisted on other options. It was a very frustrating experience and a waste of my time.
