horrible place! unprofessional receptionist aka “Mrs I know everything” aka “doctor without diploma”! anti sanitary environment! plastic food wrap on chairs covering only the head area!!! ancient x ray equipment operated by young students trying to practice on you while you’ve already been waiting in pain! and the cherry on top is their “doctor” Le! omg… Somebody please give me back my wasted time and efforts trying to be nice to a person, who is literally running from one room to another seeing different patients just bc he’s overbooked to make more MONEY! instead of working with 1 patient and listen carefully when patient is telling you about his/her problem. No decent answers to my questions. Silly smile on his face while talking about serious things. Was he even serious? ugh… terrible service! terrible environment! terrible equipment! p.s. “smart ass” receptionist woman took my x rays (on the paper) looked through and started to comment on my teeth, acting as if she knows dentistry better than anyone on this planet! Is it even professional? Of course NOT!

****DO NOT RECOMMEND****** If I could give them 0 stars I would. I will never get my teeth done here again. There isn’t enough space to explain every horrible thing that happened. One thing I will say is I went back 3 days post root canal/temporary crown, because I was in extreme pain. Well he said he would shave a little of the temp crown down cause it hurt every time I would bite down. So he lays me back does the local anesthetic and then about 10 mins later comes back and gives me about 3 numbing shots, he doesn’t even wait for them to numb me fully and starts shaving the tooth down I tell him it hurts and he tells me it’s all in my head. And starts again let me tell you on a 1-10 scale 10 being the worst it was probably around a twelve. I kept trying to tell him to stop and he wouldn’t. Let me tell you I felt every bit of that happening. All I could do when I got outta there and back in my car was bawl my eyes out. Super traumatic DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I went to see Dr. Le last week because I had a loose implant tooth. Dr. Le was professional, gentle, and thorough. Dr. Le literally had to spend close to an hour working on my tooth, and I did not experience any pain! Thank you Dr. Le and the friendly staff so much!!

I love the service here, kind and considerate of my needs. I have been going since 2006 and continue despite moving to OKC and now live in ABQ. I had serious problems since childhood and Dr Li and team have been awesome. Flying out in 2 days for my next visit.

I shadowed here and was able to get a lot of good hours watching and observing Dr. Le and his hygienists. They are all very easy to get along with people and there are Spanish and Vietnamese speaking employees that I've noticed is a huge help especially to those who's first language isn't english. Highly recommend.

Went to this office off a recommendation from a friend and the staff here are all very nice and the front desk workers make it very easy to get in and out. Dr. Le is also why I love this place because he always has a smile on his face and he is a very fun guy and a great dentist

I have been to Friendly Dentist for more than seven years now. The Doctors and the staffs were incredibly friendly. It only takes ten minutes of waiting time and everything will be taken care of. I would recommend anyone to go to this decent Family Dentistry.

Terrible experience in a “profesional environment”. The place is filthy and the front lady rude af. I should of read the reviews before picking them. Nothing “friendly” about that place.

The receptionist is BAD for business. I called this morning to have a prescription refilled as the one I had got damaged. The receptionist answered the phone very annoyed as if she’d rather be doing anything else other than working there. In the middle of me asking to refill my prescription, she cut me off and said very rudely, “Can you please hold? Somebody else was already on the phone.” So I waited for 2 minutes to notice the call was disconnected. I called back and she yelled, “FAMILY DENISTRY CAN I HELP YOU?!” So I yelled back, “CAN I PLEASE SPEAK TO DR. LEE?!” She humbled herself and said, “She’s running a little late. I’m sorry, I tried calling you back but you weren’t there.” I asked for the refill and she calmly handled my request until she asked for the number of my pharmacy. I said, “Just a second, let me a grab it.” She said very rudely, “CAN YOU CALL ME BACK WHEN YOU GET THE NUMBER?” I’m sorry, the office is just very busy this morning. When you get the number, call me back!” She huffed before hanging up the phone. I called right back. Again she answered very annoyed as if she was upset that I called back. I gave her the number. She asked where is the pharmacy, so I gave her the location. She yelled, “NO, what’s the name of the pharmacy?!” Needless to say this practice is FAR from friendly! I can also vouch for the reviews regarding the several cavities they claim you have. Years ago, they claimed I had 9 cavities. I asked where? They said they are very small, so if you were to combine all the cavities together, it would be one big cavity, but you wanna get them while they’re small. They charged me $80 per tooth to get them filled. I only got 5 filled because that’s all I could afford at separate times. I switched dentist and requested to get the other 4 filled. My dentist told me that I don’t have any cavities and that my teeth are beautiful. Just try to go somewhere else if you don’t want to be treated like a burden and a cash register.

My only complaint is they aren't on North Oak anymore. I loved this dentist office, but now it's too far. 😢😢

I have been to Friendly Dentistry for more than 10 years. I think the cleaning is perfect and doctors and staffs there are very kind. Moreover, the waiting time is not too long; I had only waited for 5-10 minutes. I would definitely recommend going to this dentistry.

The care I receive here certainly lives up to the office's name. All the staffs and providers are super caring, friendly, enthusiastic, personable and will go the extra mile for their patients. Every time (been coming here since I was a child) I come out of the office, I am very satisfied with the service and come out with great sparkling teeth :) I truly recommend Friendly Dentistry for adults and pediatrics alike--you will not be disappointed. Thank you FD for the awesome quality care throughout the years!

I remember when I was a youngin, before going to the Friendly Dentistry, I would never floss until the morning before an appointment, hoping to deceive the dentist/hygienist that I took great care of my teeth. However, as soon as they did flossing themselves as part of the cleaning routine, it became obvious that that was not the case. They'd ask me how often I floss and I would admit that I never did (I hated flossing, it always left a bloody mess in the sink and a soreness in my gums). They then would tell me that I needed to floss at least once a day and I would disregard it. However, after a visit to the Friendly Dentistry, something clicked (it must've been the Friendly Dentist and his Friendly staff) and I decided to start a habit of flossing every day before bed. Now I go there and whenever they ask me if I floss, I proudly respond "Yes!", and they would tell me "Good Job!" I'm just kidding about the latter part of that sentence (I wish they would tell me that); they would actually tell me that I need to floss after EVERYTIME I eat. But, that is just testament to some of the standards that they hold at Friendly Dentistry, and let me tell you, they're VERY high. (I still don't floss after every time I eat, but don't tell them that; I'll keep to my once daily.) Anyways, definitely recommend going here for your teeth and stuff.

I have been a patient at this office for many years, including my family. We are very satisfied with Dr. Le and his staff's detail work. We highly recommend his office.

So I went here first for a dental cleaning. Everything appeared to be fine besides the fact that they're running an hour late and didn't say anything and it took close to three hours for me to get out of there. They also said that I had some cavities. After referring me to a specialist to check out one of my teeth The Specialist referred me back to get it extracted. When I showed up to my extraction appointment I was surprised to find out that they don't actually extract that tooth. I asked if there's any way they could have known this before me making an appointment, as I was going out of the country in one week. They said no because they didn't take X-rays, which they did. Then dr. Lee came out and said oh you have a lot of cavities you need filled. I informed him that I had had a dental cleaning six months ago where I had one cavity so I found it hard to believe that now half of my teeth have cavities, and I informed him I would be getting a second opinion. He told me to "have my boyfriend or husband take a picture of my mouth with a cell phone and I would be able to see them." Apparently these Medicaid dentists think they're the authority on Dentistry. I told them to their face that I would not be back. I have referrals for other low cost dentists that I can use from Johnson county department of health. Thanks for being disorganized and rude, NOT!
