I had my first appointment with HT Complete Family this past week and it was a great experience! From checking in for appointment to checking out was amazing. Everyone I encountered was super welcoming, helpful and nice. My hygienist, Kat, explained everything she was doing and made sure I was doing okay throughout the entire exam. Dr. Prinz was extremely kind and answered all of my questions! They have a wonderful office experience and I am glad I found them for my dentistry needs!

The new building is beautiful. It’s sleek, clean, and modern. It has a coffee station and waters in a fridge. It felt very comfortable and inviting. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The hygienist Ashley is incredible. She is so kind, gentle, and not at all judgmental. She explains everything, makes sure you’re comfortable and really takes her time. I actually enjoyed my teeth cleaning. The doctor is also very friendly and kind. She asked questions and made conversation and didn’t rush her time with me. They were all also amazing with my two young kids. I am so happy we found this place and couldn’t recommend it enough!

TLDR: If your are looking for a dentist, go here. Your teeth will thank you. Very impressed with this dentist. The staff was all friendly. The dental hygienist was great. She took the time to do a lot of little things that most people don’t do. For example, saying to raise my hand if I need a break. It is a little thing, but made a big difference. They don’t push unnecessary things. I have been to dentist offices where you feel like you are at a car dealer and they are trying to squeeze out as much as possible. Here I actually felt like they cared about my dental health and what was necessary to maintain it. The dentist Dr. Prinz was great. I loved everything about the practice. I could not recommend a dental practice more highly.

This is my favorite dentist in the KC area! The first dentist I went to when I moved here was a dentist in the area I lived at the time and they wanted to put two crowns on my teeth. I honestly thought it was crazy because I usually don’t have much wrong with my teeth, so I went to Dr. Sarah Prinz for a second opinion! Dr Prinz is so personable and honest and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Kat is also one of my favorite hygienist there!
