Dr. McAroy treated my first visit like a general doctor might, committing time to getting to know me as a patient and all about my medical history, not just the visual condition of my teeth. The entire experience I had from front desk to hygienist to dentist exam was WONDERFUL. Dr. McAroy identified and quickly remedied an issue with a crown I had installed by my prior dentist who kept pushing off my complaints of continued pain after getting the crown. I am impressed on a new level and so glad to find someone like this.

Best dental experience of my life. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone. The gentleman that worked on my teeth was gentle, kind and caring. He spoke to me throughout the entire session, made sure I was comfortable and cleaned my teeth better than any other dentist has. I have paid premiums for dental work and this place is pretty reasonable compared to other dentist. When you go somewhere you want to be welcomed and feel like they actually appreciate your business. This place does that, from the front desk staff to the dentist themselves. This is a great place to go.

Dentists are good but expensive. Receptionist is horrible. After I cancelled a 500 plus dollar teeth cleaning she harassed me about a 90 dollar bill. Leaving rude messages on my school work phone. I told her to actually send me the bill and still got harrasing phone calls after that. Very rude and unprofessional. I definitely do not recommend or will not recommend to anyone else. Just sent you your 90 dollars. Enjoy.

Dr. McAroy and her staff are wonderful! I first went to her office because I was looking for a new dentist close to my home that had oral sedation. I have had anxiety with dental work for years and have always needed to use the oral sedation to get through dental work. I have been going to this office for several years now and she is so good that I was able to get through a cavity filling without the sedation last year and this year made it through a crown prep without it which I NEVER thought I would be able to do. She is fast, thorough and wants to make sure it is perfect. My hygienist Amanda is awesome also, she is great with my cleanings, fast and gentle. I highly recommend them to anyone but especially if you have anxiety like I did.

They are great, they actually care about if they are hurting you or not. I had a few filings done here and they did a beautiful job with minimal pain. I think I have seen all their hygienists and they all do a great job with regular cleanings. Definitely recommend.

Most relaxing, helpful, and informative dentist appointment I've ever had. The dental hygienist was extremely pleasant to have general conversation with and offered to explain everything she was doing, answered any question I had, AND made me feel calm and comfortable after I told her it had been a while since I had last been to the dentist. The doctor herself was also very nice and took the time to get to know a little about me since I was a new patient, and explained everything about my dental health in a detailed and respectful way. Highly recommend this dentist office.

Jennifer McAroy and her team have always been compassionate and enthusiastic to help. They've diagnosed some issues which needed follow up care with an orthodontist, which i never would have suspected at my age (44). My daughter had some teeth not growing in and lots of crowding on bottom at 9 years old. She was proactive and attentive as she and i discussed orthodontist in the area that deal with my daughter's specific issues. Finally, I've had some pretty horrible experiences in the past with previous dentists. I really keep gong to her and her team because they all have this great chairside manner - through crowns and molar extractions and basic checkups/ cleanings they put us at ease and never let me worry. My ten year old is far from afraid to go to the dentist (thank you, Lacey!). I'd highly recommend. Been a customer for almost ten years.

I have had a few things done, so far with Dr. McAroy and she is pleasant every time I am there. My daughter also sees her, and Dr. McAroy is so good with her. Dental work is expensive, no matter where you go, but, I know I am in good hands, as is my family, when we are there. 👍👍 I don't take the estimate as a price set in stone, but, that's with any estimate. Jennifer is very great with making sure you are comfortable through each procedure, and that is something I appreciate very much! I recommend, highly!

I love going in to The Village Dentist. I've been going there for about 5 years now and now my whole family goes and we are all very happy with them. The staff is friendly, personable, easy to work, and Dr McAroy is great. Most wouldn't think of going to the dentist as fun, but that is how Dr McAroy and her staff make it. My husband and I both love Dr Mc. And her entire staff. They have all been great to us. Extremely professional, very friendly, and always fair. Willing to work with you in every way possible with the patient's best interest at heart. All 3 of my children go to her and never mind going to get any work done. She has been their dentist since they were all little and is incredible with kids. She is so very honest with her patients yet very understanding if circumstances come up where you must reschedule, post-pone, or just hold off on a procedure/appointment. My husband has beautiful white teeth thanks to her and all three of my boys love the orthodontist she referred us to and are close to having a beautiful set of teeth. Luckily we moved here just in time for her to treat everyone and correct previous issues and make suggestions due to damage that other states water can do to baby teeth, etc. Very knowledgeable in so many areas- including interactions of meds. With dental products, etc. I highly recommend the Village Dentist and will never go anywhere else.
