I was a patient for only 4 months. During that time I had lots of work done. So far I have no complaints about the work. The customer service was absolutely horrible. Besides the awkward hours they accept appointments being difficult to fit into a schedule if you work (my job is very flexible most of the time, so I'd hate to go here if I was in a very inflexible job). I had two appointments cancelled and rescheduled so that the office could fit in other patients instead. Yes, that's right. The office decided to close and move to Topeka, but did not even notify me, even though I had an appointment scheduled. No call, no letter, nothing. I arrived to my appointment to find a note on the door informing me that they had moved. Tacky, tacky, tacky. The note said they moved about 6 days before my appointment. I don't think it's too much to ask to be told that your appointment will be cancelled, let alone that the office is closing. Edit: After they moved, I called to get my patient records sent to me and after two other calls still have not received them (about 2 months later). So I am lowering the review to one star.
