Great at explaining how my teeth are and what treatment is needed. Great staff that is very friendly.

I'm going to be getting I'm going to be getting implants. The financial manager save me aot of money. The dentist was very professional and helpful in my decision to get the implants. It was the best option for me. I highly recommend Aspen for your dental needs . Everyone is so nice and helpful. Thank you Aspen Dental for making my experience a pleasant.

People were really nice but the wait time was too long. We were told our appt was at 130 but it was really at 215. It was our first time there and I just didn't expect to spend 2.5 hours there.

They were done in a timely manner. Explained my benefits and what my responsibilities were clearly!

I had the best experience EVER!!! The moment I walked in I felt welcomed. Everyone was super nice. The sweet young lady that did my X-ray.. thank you for being patient with me. The Dr. listened to me. He educated me on what was going on and what I needed. The hygienist was super gentle. My fear of going to the dentist has been cured.They are my new best friends. Lol Thank you again.

They do not run on time. Usually it takes 40 minutes even with an appt. Make sure if you need to make another appt make it before you leave the officr.

Aspen Dental is not a dentist. They are a car dealership for your mouth. They absolutely care about profit more than the person/patient. You will walk away from this place feeling like you just got worked over by a dental Jiffy Lube. They tried selling me a toothbrush for $200. I'm guessing they'll even put some generic response to this bad review.

I had been to another local dentist and was so unhappy with my dentures. So I looked into Aspen Dental. The price was very good for an upper denture and a lower partial, about the price of just my upper denture at the other place. The staff was excellent, they explained everything so you understood what was going to take place and when. They did things that I had no idea that was supposed to be done when getting dentures. The place was very clean and they cleaned often, this was in the middle of Covid. I am extremely pleased with my new denture and partial. They made sure that things fit, didn't rub and that your teeth fit together like your real teeth did. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who needs dentures, implants, or just regular dental work done. They also do emergency dentistry if you can't wait to see your own dentist.

Great experience. Last visit to a dentist 20 years ago was traumatic but they did excellent work pulling my teeth and easing my anxiety. Definitely five stars

The staff and the dentist were incredible! Never had such an effort to make great fitting dentures. Can't wait to pick them up in a couple days. I really hope they fit. Only complaint is the price. My insurance pays $1,000 and I had to take a loan for the remainder. Better be worth it since these could be my last set.

Loved the service. The staff was very personable and kind. The doctors took time to explain the procedures and suggestions for care. Loved this dental office.

Totally awesome. The little gal that did my impressions today was excellent. She got them on the first try. She was very nice, polite and professional.

The service is excellent but the 2 teeth implants is very expensive I think I rush into it because I’m in pain but too late they already started the procedure. Everyone tells me that is too much for 2 teeth. 16 grand? I don’t have that kind of money but I’m paying it monthly. Another bills added for me. Im 70 years old I’m probably dead by then.

Great care. Very understanding and professional. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because they are currently understaffed so everything takes and long time and there's a lot of phone tag. But once you get to speak with someone they are more than accommodating and respectful. The Dr. Was very informative and thorough. I felt safe and at ease in his care. Unfortunately my dental needs were too expensive and I had to go somewhere else. They were extremely helpful through the process of submitting referrals and getting every thing together to be seen by the provider my insurance covers. This is definitely my preferred dentist based on my experiences the last few days.

I have been going to them for over a year. Like every place/business has been since COVID/2020 it has had it's ups and downs. I think some of the new staff is what they needed. I just had a cavity filled and it went very well. Just know going in, they will try upsales like Invisalign.

Completely unprofessional, you can never get ahold of them nor do they communicate your situation. All to be charged a crazy amount. they also always reschedule and have some reason they cant do their job. Every time I’ve gone its been a bad experience. If you want good service don’t go to ASPEN DENTAL.

Was the very first time that i ever been to Aspen dental. When you first walk in you would meet the friendliest receptionist. Even though he was busy he was still professional. He had such a great sense of humor and a great attitude and was very down to earth. The young lady that did my x-rays and the moulding of my teeth was very friendly and professional, very sympathetic. She had a great personality and a great sense of humor. The hygienist was very friendly and explained everything to me to where i could understand what was going on with my teeth and gums. The doctor was very friendly and very knowledgeable he didn't push anything on me that i didn't want. He recommended certain partials and dentures that will work for me without breaking the pocket book. Even though I haven't been to the dentist in awhile they understood what i was going through with my teeth being a diabetic. I felt really comfortable there...no judgement. I would recommend Aspen dental to anybody. Thank you Aspen dental for giving me a such great experience.
