Scheduled an appointment 3 weeks ago , I accidentally missed my appointment because I overslept (I work 3rd) I called right away to let them know and reschedule. The whole day passes I get no call back. The next morning I call to reschedule and the lady knew who I was. She said I didn’t make an appointment. She didn’t even bother to call me back but heard my voice message I left the day prior. I had to call and follow up myself. She had an attitude when scheduling my appointment. Didn’t even apologize for their clear mistake. I’ve been waiting for my appointment with a tooth ache. Now I have to wait until freakin May! Ridiculous, unprofessional, do not recommend thus far.

I have been going to this location for a few years and liked Dr. Mettman. But he moved to another location and they have a new dentist who just doesn't care and has no bedside manner. I went to a new dentist recently and I have five issues that are CLEAR to see. If I would have continued to go to this office, I most likely would have needed five crowns. It's sad that this dentist is just showing up to get paid and doesn't care about the well-being of the patient or their checkbook :(

I greatly appreciate the work the new dentist and dental hygienists put in to improve patient service. My last two visits, the only two I've had with the new staff, I left feeling clearly informed about my dental health and valued as a person. Great job!

The hygienist was cordial and most concerned about my dental health. I enjoyed my dental visit.

I've only been there a few times for my 6 month cleaning. They've always been friendly and timely.

I recently started going to Midwest Dental and I love it. Everyone is very welcoming. They really try to work with you on the financial end and the staff is always approachable.

My bridge fell off so was scrambling for a dentist to get it fixed asap. New in town, so no established dentist yet. They got me in the next day. A long story, so I'll get right to the point. Dentist is not a gentle dentist. When you show something is hurting, it's like they don't even care and keeps going. I told several people I have new dental insurance and it won't pay for major dental for 1 year, it's like it fell upon deaf ears. Herein lies the problem...Was told my crown I needed would cost me $400.00. $200.00 up front and $200.00 when I got the permanent crown. I find out today after my crown is put in, they are actually charging me $1067.50, NOT $400.00 like I was told! SO DISHONEST!!! I have another $5000.00 more dental work to get done. Looks like he would have honored his assistance word and charged me the $400.00 like she quoted me. But now he is out $5000.00 instead. BEWARE! Read ALL of the fine print they give you. Such bad business!

Great experience as far as the dentist goes. My tooth examination was thorough and painless. Nikki, my dental hygienist, was incredible. I am 70 and did not take proper care of my teeth when I was younger. I have spent the last few years trying to correct a lifetime of self administered bad dental practice. The staff were encouraging and suggested ways I can help right my dental wrongs. Thank you

I went for the first time recently. The hygienist was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She heard me out on what I thought my teeth needed and communicated it to the dentist. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name. The lobby could use an update but that is not a deterrent for me.

I had a good visit and so enjoyed the hygienist. She was a pro. I had yet to meet the doctor and was impressed with his greeting and care he took with my concerns and overall exam. He was very professional and seemed a bit reserved. Thanks for the care you gave me. Nice job.

I've been going here for years and have weathered several changes. Absolutely loved Dr. Mettman and hated to see him leave. That said, my last visit was horrible. The front desk staff was still the same friendly women, but I bet there was 70% turnover overall. Karen, a new hygienist, gave me the worse cleaning I had ever had and that was after making me wait for 20 minutes passed my scheduled time (her previous patient walked out 20 minutes earlier. As for that scheduled time, it was supposed to be 4/26, but they called the morning of 4/20 and asked if I could come in that day. In addition to the stunningly short polish job, Karen was judgmental and rude. As for the new dentist, he was there but didn't bother to come meet me or check Karen's work.

My first experience was outstanding! I felt at ease and was given all information that I needed. There is not the typical hurry up and who's next vibe. I can't wait for end results!

Asked for a copy of my record, and they didn't send it to me saying the doctor needs to write notes. They didn't write notes on that day and after that as well. Maybe they don't do concurrent documentation. Anyway, it was over 30 days ago, so I guess they don't care about the law and their patient. Won't go back

Just that I was pleasantly surprised at how kind & happy the environment. I'm sure it made my son's visit more pleasant

Went to Midwest Dental for the first time today. The woman at the front desk was extremely friendly, as was all the rest of the staff. I'm on a very tight budget, they were understanding of my need to be informed of all costs, offered me a few options to meet my needs and did not make me feel unpleasant about my financial or dental situation. The hygienist was very quick and efficient during my cleaning, which I really appreciated as I have a back problems and the chair isn't comfortable for me. I'm happy with the choice of this dentist and will be returning.

The dentist, the staff, along with every individual I have had the pleasure of interacting with while visiting Midwest Dental has been an absolute joy. Courteous, affable and gregarious. I was apprehensive towards dental practices for more than a decade, but after my initial experience with Midwest Dental, I now look forward to my visits and I will never go anywhere else for any and all dental procedures. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. There is an atmosphere of 'no pressure' in regards to their consultation process also. I am extremely happy that my wife talked me in to attending my first appointment.
