i've been coming to this place for 5 yrs, for my cleanings, exams and fillings. Dr. Kieu (dad and son) were/are great! the girls at the front super friendly and welcoming!

Smile Craft is a lovely, friendly, happy students, and dentists. I have gone twice, and I loved it. They treat you like family, and the team is so polite and courteous. I give them over a 5 stars.

Incredibly friendly and caring staff! I’m unusually uncomfortable during cleanings due to my sensitive gums but they were accommodating to me and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Going to the dentist no longer seems like a chore. Would highly recommend.

Took both of my kiddos in for their cleanings. This was my daughter’s first appointment and she was extremely shy! The staff was so understanding and patient which really made this mom feel less embarrassed. That same day, my son ended up getting 4 loose baby teeth pulled, and the staff was so comforting and kind towards him. They made him feel less nervous about having 3 local anesthetic injections! Dr. Kieu was so quick and efficient that we were finished in about a min or so! So glad we switched to this new dentistry.

I used to love this place until yesterday took my 5 year old to get checked for a tooth pain so they decided it needed to be pulled out but the lady that they had helping us seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing ( a Hispanic girl )she constantly had to ask the other girls for help anyways they injected anesthesia into my daughters gums to numb it and didn’t even wait 2 mins for it to numb doctor right away pulled her tooth out without checking first to see if she could still feel anything didn’t even ask smh I am so disappointed that’s not the way kids should be treated at the dentist my daughter cried all through the process and all the way back home. Not everyone there is bad like I said I’ve had good experiences there. With a different doctor a different ladies that new girl there tho she needs to get her self together she does not know how to do her job or even translate. I will not be coming back and make sure my fam stops bringing their kids to them

I highly recommend Dr. Kieu at Smile Craft for all of your dentistry needs! During my visit for a routine check-up, the effervescent and friendly co-owner, Cindy, greeted me warmly and made sure that I was well taken care of while I waited and during all aspects of my visit. The hygienist talked me through all of the cleaning procedures and constantly checked in to make sure that I was comfortable, and Dr. Kieu was thorough and explained every step of the check-up. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience and will definitely be returning.

Had a great experience at Dr. Kieu's office! I had a bad toothache and turned out I needed a root canal done. Dr Kieu used the most advanced technology such as 3d imaging to locate all the canals and get the job none right. No more pain afterwards!
