I have been visiting this clinic for the last two years. However, they have been horrible about being in schedule. The last three visits I waited 25-35 minutes before being seen because we are short staffed. So, count an additional hour to your appointment or find another place that respect their clients time!

Read all the reviews before scheduling and plan to be there all day! They didn’t listen or ask discovery questions to figure out exactly what I was asking for, charged me for something else, when what I was asking for was covered at 100% by my insurance. Since I left the last poor review they’ve had their employees and others put positive reviews to counterbalance the poor review they rightfully so received. Highly do NOT recommend!!

I have gone to this office for several years now. Every single time I go, I’m there far longer than expected and despite insurance coverage, they insist I get work done that’s not covered. I’d asked for a “flipper” but didn’t know the terminology they used and instead of asking discovery questions to figure out that I was asking for a “flipper” which is covered at 100% by my insurance, they insisted I was talking about a retainer, which cost me $150, out of pocket. They do not make the work being done very clear nor the cost associated with it. Their staff at the front desk is not very friendly and very fake when asking about anything. They act like they’re better than most and there’s always some sort of “hidden fee”. I spent 4 hours there last week, and was rightfully so a little irritated. I kept quiet and just brushed it off. But when I found out they charged me for something I did not ask for, when my insurance covered exactly what I was asking for, I’d had enough. When I was upset and explaining my frustration I was told I needed to find a new dentist. Which clearly I do, because this office, aside from the dental hygienist, Tammy, is completely terrible. Tammy has always given great service and made me feel welcome and confident in her dental hygienist abilities. The new doctor Kati Beam is friendly, but she’s the one that insisted I was talking about a retainer. To the common folk that “sounds” right, but come to find out it was a “flipper” that I was describing. She should have asked more discovery questions. All in all, I give this office a 2/10, and do not recommend. In response to the owner’s response: I have already called to discuss this with your office and Jordan the office manager told me I needed to find a different dental office because they didn’t want to take ownership of their poor service. Which is why I wrote this review to begin with.

They are absolutely awesome ! Everyone is soooo kind, offered me blanket and water. They are very upfront about how much $ it will be or what is going on or what you need. Explained everything in detail and did a VERY thorough exam ! Can’t wait for my next cleaning :)

I have been going to village dentist for maybe about 2 years now . I have yet to have a bad experience thus far . Tammy does a great job with my cleaning every time . Takes her time to make my teeth feel clean and serene . And let me tell you about dr beam …she is great…I had A gap in my front teeth bout a year ago and she put a filling in it and made it look so natural like it was never a gap there. these ladies are great 👍🏽 Very professional environment

Went for a cleaning. They took full mouth X-rays, panoramic X-ray, bite wing X-rays saying if my insurance didn’t cover it they will write it off. Dentist did a “air” exam, only using air and probed my gums for perio readings. She was rude, rough and seemed to have an agenda. She said I needed scaling and 3 month cleanings, 2 crowns and a bridge. Told me I couldn’t get a regular cleaning, so I left the office. I’ve been having regular cleanings for years! Waste of my time. Won’t be back.
