Aspen Dental

Phenomenal experience! Very polite, professional, knowledgeable and the most down to earth, easy to talk to stuff and doctors I have ever met (.) I was able to make three appointments in a timely manner for me and my two sons. They both have anxiety going to the dentist. However, they were both comforted by patient staff and actually looking forward to their next appointment! I want to say THANK YOU to each of the personnel from the front desk, x-ray tech, hygienists to the Doctor.

Very friendly staff

I will be honest I was VERY nervous about going because of some of the reviews I've read plus I had done had one bad experience elsewhere but I have never had such nice and caring people at a dentist before. I had to have a tooth extracted and the doctor was simply amazing,he was gentle,thoughtful and so kind. I'm now switching dentist because I absolutely love this place ❤️

They were very nice and understanding of my anxiety of dentists.

We were very pleased with how courteous & friendly everyone was, I received excellent care & was treated with respect.

I've made a few reviews for Aspen but this one is specifically for Dr. Jeremiah Gates. I've seen him 3 times now and he is such a sweet caring person. I have severe dental anxiety, limited use of my jaws and sinus issues that make going tough, amd most of my life I didnt have any dental care for various reasons but every time he has not acted judgemental, he is very gentle, he has big hands but still able to be very gentle with my treatments. He doesn't get frustrated with having to be patient with me. I hope I can get the rest of my work completed by him as well. He definitely chose the right profession

I had my first experience with Aspen Dental, and I could not have been more pleased. Everyone there was beyond kind. I will definitely go back. I'm thankful I found a wonderful dentist.

Sometimes I like them sometimes I don't. The ones working in there are usually really nice. They do not really do emergencies after hours, thats a lie and sometimes it's hard to get in for an emergency during normal hours. They are very business minded and will have you do whatever makes them the most money and they tend to put off the minor stuff as long as possible. You know when it gets bad, and a cavity turns into a root canal and a bridge it makes them more money. The cleaning is very thorough and they take way too many xrays!

The entire office staff was courteous and caring. They all made sure I was comfortable and knew exactly was they were doing every step of the way.

This dentist is the BEST facility I have ever been to that made me feel safe and gave me excellent service I will return for future work to be done on my teeth thank you all so much a bunch of great and caring staff.wonderful Staff!!

Wanted to charge 7k for work that my new dentist is only charging me 3k for, and that's after 2k of insurance. My first appointment took 3 hours for xrays and the dental hygienist trying to convince me I had advanced gingivitis. Poked me till I bled and then said it was from gingivitis. New dentist said I didn't have any periodontal disease. Aspen wanted to shave down 3 of my teeth and give me a crown, when all I needed was an implant. After reporting throbbing pain from broken tooth during initial visit, aspen dentist waited 3 weeks to extract and didn't do another xray or check for an abcese. Tooth was extracted without antibiotics. 5 days later ended up in the ER with sepsis. If you value your money and your life, stay away from this place.

Amazon experience! My husband has not been to a dentist in over 20 years! Major anxiety he had, although they were so understanding and kept us in the loop at all times of what they were going to do. Pulled his tooth and took good care of him. Highly recommend!

It was all good

The team was awesome and made my initial visit very comfortable. They were efficient, fast and super friendly. Looking forward to a good experience next time too.

I got new dentures in August. Have worn others for 20 years. This plate has already lost two teeth and broken it in half. They are also so thin that they are translucent. I am trying to get them replaced. Will meet with someone tomorrow to find out what they are going to do.

Scheduled an 8am appointment, put chipped tooth as the reason for coming. was told by a very nice lady that my tooth would be fixed after all my new patient work was done. Was there for two hours- at one point I sat by myself for over 30 minutes just waiting for someone to come fix my tooth and then was told they weren’t fixing it unless I came back hours later or a week later.

The staff was wonderful.
