Dr. Reid is one of the nicest people you will ever meet AND an amazing dentist! If you are anywhere near the Georgetown or Lexington area and looking for a dentist you would be crazy to go anywhere else! Our family loves Dr. Reid!

Made an appointment to have a broken tooth pulled in 2020, no dental insurance, arrived and was asked to leave by a dental asst. because my voice was hoarse, explained i have vocal chord nodules, and I'm always hoarse. Worker was convinced I had covid and asked me to leave in front of other patients, which was embarrassing to say the least. Dr. Reid called my husband later in the day and basically apologized and set up another appointment for me. I reluctantly agreed. One tooth was pulled, and charged $350. Absolutely ridiculous price to pull 1/2 a tooth in less than a minute, and a dry socket within a couple of days to boot.. Will never go back and would never recommend this place of business. Dr Reid is a nice person, but the way I was treated the initial visit by the asst and the price gouging are ridiculous.

I'd never been to a dentist before Dr Reid; I was very nervous and probably not very cooperative during my panicky state, but he and all the nice women in the office were very patient, professional, and flexible. Every time Dr Reid has done any work on me, he's always called from his personal cell later that night to check on me, and he did the same with my dad and every person my dad referred to him. He does great work

This is hands down my favorite dentist. They're absolutely amazing. They do amazing work and they check up on you to make sure you're okay. I've never met a rude staff person there. They're always friendly and sweet. I used to be afraid of the dentist, but going there, I feel relaxed and like the job is getting done.

During my visit for an emergency extraction, everyone was so kind to me. Dr Reid kept me informed of everything he was doing during the procedure and made sure I had no pain. Lorraine was very comforting, patting my arm, to help calm my frazzled nerves. The other girls were constantly checking on me, as well. The procedure was quick and pain free and I truly appreciate everything they did for me, today. I highly recommend them!
