Not using my real name. Did not have a good experience. I felt I was treated different than other patients because of my age. I’m not proud of how bad my teeth are, but I do care enough to get them fixed and I felt as though I was treated as if I didn’t care about my dental hygiene. I’m beyond embarrassed. Waited way too long to be seen to begin with (took me back but left me sitting there on multiple occasions). I would rather someone come tell me “hey we’re short staffed. We’ll probably see you in __ minutes, sorry!” But nothing. Waited an hour. Got fillings done weeks ago and now I can’t sleep or eat it hurts so bad. They need redone and I will not be letting her fix them.

This was the rudest Dr. and front office I have ever dealt with. My father needed dentures. Dr. Adkins pulled all his teeth. When they called to have a fitting they had the wrong persons dentures! Someone else’s.! Then a month later they had him come back and (they were his this time) but didn’t fit so we left again without teeth. 76 DAYS this man has gone without eating something solid. We have paid $2,000 for the dentures. He is loosing weight. This isn’t even the worst part. My father had complications with his leg and was in the ICU. We called today to let them know we were picking up the (hopefully fixed right pair) to bring to him so that he could eat something substantial. The First Lady was so rude and then the Dr. jumped in the phone and was unprofessional and said this is the DOCTOR. She told us he doesn’t need dentures in the ICU. Who is she to worry about this. Well he is allowed to put them in to eat and it would help if he could eat well to gain strength back. The Dr. then demanded we tell her why he’s in there! She must not know the HIPPA laws. We are going in and picking up the dentures we paid full for and praying they are ready. We’ve never complained once or even said anything about the time frame or mistakes until today. DO NOT WASTE TOUR MONEY OR TIME.

Literally had an appointment today and won’t be back. The last two appointments have been hell, but only because of Dr. Adkins herself. She is VERY unprofessional and ESPECIALLY RUDE. Not only to her staff but to her patients.

Over a week later my mouth hurts so bad from the fillings I got done by dr Adkins. I have to take pain medicine every 3-4 hours and rub orajel on my gums religiously to not be in excruciating pain, eat and even sleep through the night and I do this while being an employee and a parent. I wish I had read reviews before going here. I’m so regretful of trusting them and don’t know when I’m going to be able to get this reversed. Ruth Adkin was extremely unpleasant and rough in her dealings with working on me and lacks compassion and people skills which would seem to be an important skill for someone dealing with someone’s mouth and nerves. 0 stars for this place. These one star reviews are not lying.

This is the most unprofessional practice I have ever been to. They were blatantly rude and obviously have no compassion for their patients. I was told, while they were taking needles to my gums to numb them, “we don’t make noise here”. It’s not like I was screaming either, I made your average nervous “oww” noise at an inside volume. They did not take the time to explain the procedure to me or make me feel any more comfortable in any way. As a patient I was treated like I was burdening them. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Literally the worst place I have EVER Encountered. From the office manager to the doctor herself, they were THE RUDEST PEOPLE I have ever encountered. Denise the hygienist, doctor adkins and sadra were all especially rude. When I called to complain the lady on the phone thought she put me on mute & I over heard her say she was about to lose her composure & “go off”. When I told her I could hear her she quickly changed her story. Wish I could give negative 10 stars.

Absolutely worst dental experience, sent my boyfriend here and never will again. He has been in pain from a fill in multiple weeks.
Also , unwilling to admit to their own mistakes. Will say it’s due to poor care when it’s due to their poor work. If I could rate 0/10 I would. He is now paying money out of pocket to repair damages. If other places are open avoid this one.

Would give -100000 stars to this place if possible. Went here to have several things fixed when I was in college (2017/18 (can’t remember the specific year)). Dr. Adkins made me cry because i had expressed my fear of a root canal to her. She was incredibly rude and essentially called me a child. She went even further as to make me feel like complete scum for not being able to afford all of her recommendations (hence I was in college). She was very rough with me following and had an attitude in every interaction that I had with her. Absolutely the worst behavior by any health professional I’ve encountered.
There were also several situations where I came to the office and no one was present. One time, a dental hygienist told me that the receptionist had left because she was angry with the Dr.
Finally, she reported me in late 2021 for $400 that I apparently owe to her. Which I am not positive that is correct. Mind you, it has been at least 3-4 years since I had any services done by her.
The staff seemed unprofessional, scattered, and not happy with Dr. Adkins. Dr. Adkins, herself, was incredibly rude, pretentious, and rough. I do not recommend her services to anyone.

One of the lowest rated dentists for a reason. Staff was rude and the place was not clean. Before they started cleaning my teeth I looked up to see dried blood on the dental light over my mouth. Not a good feeling.

Would give negative rating if possible. Main reasons for the following.
1. If your visit is the free follow-up visit after treatment, they pay minimum attention, and will refuse to take your call/appointment after max 2 follow-up visits, even if they have messed up with their treatment and you are still in pain.
2. IMHO, the most complicated tooth work that's safe to do here, is the deep cleaning. I had 9 teeth cavity fixed here, the worst decision of my life.
3. They mention tooth crown all the time. Ultimate goal is to reach to your wallet.
Some details:
Most of the cavity fix was chewing teeth. They
1. failed to completely get rid of the cavity on teeth
2. did a sloppy work on the fix, lots of roughness on multiple teeth (not even in a good shape kind of roughness)
3. couldn't adjust my biting, which is vital. This caused me severe headache for the next 12 months.
4. They tried to cover a failed cavity fix, and pretended it was nothing. But ALL other dentists mentioned this, and told me it WILL need a re-done in the future.
Their technique is just horrible. I didn't realize this until I was turned down by them and started visiting other dentists. All are millions better than this one. I have never had such horrible experience at this place.
By the way, Adkins even verbally attacked me when my wife was doing the deep cleaning. This completely crossed the line. They can be as less professional as they want, but they cannot act like jerks and talk in a tone as they are superior native Americans. Yes, we non-natives can understand some of your chit-chat around us and those mocking tones. Your disrespect finally forced me to write this review.
Anyway, this is the most depressed and worst professional dentist I have ever visited. Putting all the careless for the patients aside, only comparing the dental technique, they are still the worst I have ever dealt with. I have to go to orthodontist to have my biting corrected which cost extra money and time.

Dr. Adkins and her staff are, in my experience, very professional and courteous. I have rarely had to wait long to see either the hygienist or Dr. Adkins once I arrive at the office. I have noticed that the dentist and her staff always observe COVID-19 guidelines, which reassures me. In addition, Dr. Adkins uses the latest dental technology available. Dr. Adkins is one of the best dentists that I have had.

Worst dentistry I have ever been too. Dr.Adkins is very rude and when my sister came out of her appointment with a swollen right bottom lip with her literal 2 inches of her skin burned off. When we asked what happened she told us "sometimes that happens but we can always put in a little lip filler in the other side to even it out". I don't know about y'all but that ain't right.
Nice front desk staff, fit me in the same day before they went to lunch. I went in Monday due to having awful pain all Saturday night and Sunday (couldn’t do anything since it was the weekend and nothing’s open), when I came in, we did x-rays and say me in a chair waiting for 30ish minutes. They quickly learned I have many cavities and issues that I needed fixing, one of them being an emergency root canal to fix the pain from the weekend. Once they looked at my x-rays, I heard them ask if they’d need to color my crown and then I saw them look over at me and then they started whispering. I felt judged very quickly. Victoria then came over and started saying I have all of these issues, this is what I should’ve been doing (with all respect, saying what I should’ve been doing isn’t going to solve anything now). Continued to explain that they will be shutting down for about two months while Dr. Adkins has surgery, then proceeded to give me a cleaning, gave me an antibiotic and your basics (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.) sending me on my way while trying to send me elsewhere. While Victoria did offer at the end to help if she could, I don’t really feel like it was genuine. Overall, not a good experience from my side, I felt judged the entire time, the front desk staff was nice though.
