The staff are always so kind and helpful and remind me of family. Welcoming staff, finance lady is awesome, Dr. Heck's bedside manner is kind and factual. Felt no judgement from staff or doctor even though my mouth is a mess and I haven't been in too many years. Actual procedure done thus far went well, ending was rushed and complete aftercare not given. I utilized their website for the info needed though and all seems well. Love that I can text for appointments.
