Worst dental experience Ive ever had. I was rushed back there once the dentist came to see me I wasnt even asked my name he started by numbing my mouth and was very rough with me. When I told them I was in pain he said it was just because of the pressure. He would not stop pulling until my tooth was out. This experience was awful. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Afterwards I told them I was in Alot of pain and they told me to take aspirin and sent me home. This was the worst dental experience I've ever had. I would recommend Kentucky oral maxifacial for tooth extraction

Booked a small filling 4 weeks ago for a 8:30 a.m. appointment, get to the office after having to drive 30 miles arrived 20 minutes early, The dentist comes out after I was waiting in the waiting area for 15 minutes said he was overbooked and can I come back next week Mon at 8:00 a.m. Following Monday morning I was stuck in traffic, called the office to let them know I was going to be 10 to15 minutes late The receptionist says Drive safe we'll see you in a bit, get to the dentist office again sitting in the reception area, receptionist says, because you're late we'll need to reschedule...... No thank you... I'll find another dentis, apparently his time is more important than mine.

I truly applauded this dentistry until yesterday! I’ve been going to them for well over 4yrs. Got a confirmation text about my appt that was 2 days away (mind you I’ve been waiting 6 mo already), confirmed the appt and everything was good! I literally get a call from Maria (the owners/main dentist sister which she’s also the reception) saying “hey thanks for your confirmation, but we don’t accept your insurance anymore as of Jan 22. So for 3 months, you’ve know this, sent out a confirmation text to verify, only to tell me we need to cancel your entire policy here with us! Greaaattttt, so now I’m gonna have to not only find another dentistry but wait yet another 6-10 mo just to get seen as a new customer! I can only imagine how many people & families this is happening too with the same insurance! Very unprofessional & disgusting of you all!

Dr. Hishmeh at Gentle care dentistry deserves a solid 5 star rating. I was very scared and nervous about the number of extractions i needed so i could wear dentures. He calmly and deliberately talked me through each and every step he took. No surprises. His techniques were so good that i suffered no pain, not even from the novacaine shots. I just couldnt believe how well the procedure went without pain. I recomend him to everyone needing a great dentist. Dr. Hishmeh is a true proffesional.

I have to say Dr Hishmeh is amazing!!! This guy stands behind his work and will do WHATEVER it takes to make things right for you and assure you have a great smile and good experience. I will also say that some of his staff may not sound too friendly on the phone. However, when you are there in person everyone is nice and very welcoming… I also want to give recognition to Tiffany in this office!!! She has went above and beyond in helping me in my situation, she is the absolute best dental assistant I have ever met. I would not recommend anyone over this office!!! I’ve never had ANY dental procedures done In my life; no numbing, no fillings, notta. But my erupted wisdom tooth had to come out. So after my initial cleaning (which went smoothly and was very pleasant), I went in extremely nervous for the procedure. After the numbing and encouragement from the great staff (even though I was RIDICULOUSLY nervous, they made me feel safe), I swear Dr. Hishmeh spent less than TWO MINUTES in my mouth and had the tooth out. I was astonished. I understand a dental visit can be subjective for some people but I assure you I had a very pleasant experience.
