Fantastic and comfortable experience with caring and professional doctors.

They always take good care of me, and are punctual on their appointments. Would recommend without hesitation.

All the staff was polite, kind, and knowledgeable. I had to have an extraction and it went very smooth. Very good experience.

Kids unexpectedly tested positive for covid. Out of respect and common decency I cancelled their appointments. Now I am left with a $114 no show fee ($57 per child). We will not be returning.

I have a bunch of plaque that needs to be removed from my teeth and under my gums, the gum problem needs to be deep cleaned. I paid for a membership that comes with free cleanings. They refuse to do any work on my teeth, just leave the plaque on my teeth, unless I pay $3K for the deep cleaning. I paid for regular cleanings and did not get regular cleanings.

I’ve been a patient here for 30 years. When they went under new ownership I had great experiences w Dr Kim, 5 stars for her. The staff is so nice too and handled hiccups so well. But I can’t recommend the practice based on Dr O. For various reasons I’ve see Dr O a few times. She did a filling that resulted in 3 weeks of numbness. My dad went to the hospital for suspected stroke that was the result of dental work when he saw her. I’ve also had a filling fall out from a visit with her. I would not recommend Dr O.

I had a great experience as a new patient at Park Hills! Every staff member was kind and helpful, and the hygienist and dentist were skilled and efficient. Personally, I have avoided the dentist for too many years, and I was also super nervous about not having dental insurance/figuring out costs, but the staff helped me to figure out a cost/care plan that works for me, and at every step of the process, folks were able to give me exact pricing information (which I SUPER appreciate). Also, I called to schedule my first appointment and they fit me in that same week--all of the scheduling was easy and quick. I will definitely be visiting this dentistry practice again (*partly because I have several cavities, lol, but also because it was a helpful/good experience).
