Aspen was great,signing in and getting called back was quick everyone was nice and courteous. I'm glad I went there and the price was right ✅️

The staff and Dentist were very friendly and thorough. I was truly impressed with their current and up to date technology!

I recommend this place to anyone. I was a walk in but I wasn't there long at all, and I was seen. The staff are polite and very friendly. I was made to feel comfortable here. Got my partial today and as always I was made to feel comfortable

I was late to the first appointment so they rescheduled for a later date . And plus the day before the second appointment they told me that they aren't even in my insurance network. The first patient exam nearly took over 2 hours to do. Plus they told me it would take nearly over 8,000 to pay for all the procedures but when I personally did the math it came to a little over 7,000 . It doesn't help that I can literally hear them say to nearly every new patient that they're not in the insurance network that the patient uses . They expect someone who is low income and only get paid so much a week to come up with the money just for a tooth extraction. If they told me that they wasn't in my insurance network or even accept my insurance I would have not made the appointment in the first place

I was pleased with the service that I received at the Dixie Highway in Louisville, KY location of Aspen Dental. I give special kudos to all of the staff there, especially my Dental Asst Shanice, Dr. Ihnen, Hygienist Sarah, Office Manager Dalani, and Asst Managers Sara & Alexis. I am usually very anxious when I go to a Dental Center, but the atmosphere there was professional and friendly. I would give them all a #10.

None of their surgeons are registered in KY. As a new adult WITH insurance. ANTHEM AND PASSPORT. I paid $700 out of pocket for the surgery and paid $30 out of pocket for half of the medication prescribed to me. The pain meds are still at CVS Pharmacy because I do not have the funds so i’m expected to walk around with my mouth hurting.

As bad as they was the last time. They more than made up for it this time. With outstanding service. And all around professionalism.

Every one there was so helpful and pleasant to me.i always get so nervous when I go to a dentist but they made me feel at ease and all my experience today went great. I highly recommend if you need a dentist to check the dixie highway Aspen dental out

2.5 hours just to get X-rays and have to come back later this week to get teeth cleaned.

5 stars all the way. Very friendly, polite, and caring. Loved the service and place of business.

Great hygienist, knowledgeable and has hands of an angel, she works a water scaler like no other. Definitely gentle and she constantly checking to make sure you’re comfortable.

Asked if I could work on a different tooth then the one scheduled. Before even looking at the other tooth the dentist said no. I insisted and then the dentist tried to kick me out . Yelling saying Im high and belligerent. I was neither... Was just trying to have him look at a different tooth. Never felt so dehumanized in my life

Friendly staff, explanation of procedures was very thorough and my dental assistant (Shanice) made me feel comfortable (I give her a 10+++++) Highly recommended.

I had an early appointment and every single staff member were bright & cheery and full of positive energy. When you walked through the door you were greeted with pleasantries that immediately made you feel comfortable and relaxed. Thanks for making my visit an enjoyable one. I definitely give Aspen Dental two thumbs up.

The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was very pleasant and informative. I've had bad teeth for several years but Covid kept me from doing anything about it. I'm very glad to have been reccomended to go to Aspen Dental. I fell very positive that this is going to be a very good experience. Would definitely recommend.

If I could go lower, I would. Had to reschedule my kids first appointment here and kept getting emails telling me all the wrong dates. Whatever, I'll call and get it straightened out... just kept ringing with someone repeatedly picking it up and putting back on hold. Stayed on hold long enough to drive up and see the receptionist playing with her nails and put me back on hold. So I'll stick with Mortenson.

Everyone very pleasant. Explained things thoroughly. Wish they took my insurance.
