My daughters front tooth broke and I called her dentist, they couldn’t get her in and it was an emergency..I called a few others and everyone said “next week” or “in 2 days”.. I needed to have her front tooth fixes asap. She didn’t want to walk around with her front tooth looking that way, kids are cruel ..so o kept calling around. Family Dental Associates got her in the same day and she wasn’t a current patient, and they fixed her tooth the same day as well. Staff was friendly and my daughter said she didn’t feel as much pain as when the other dentist numbed her. I am over all impressed by the way they took care of her and didn’t hesitate to help her the same day. I will be transferring my family to the Family Dental Associates..100% satisfied

Great experience here. Everyone has been so helpful and friendly to my wife and I. Dr Herrick and Tiffany worked on my two fillings. Once they understood I am severely allergic to pain they made me very comfortable. Though Dr. Herrick seemed to have to give me 5 times the normal dose of Novocaine. I appreciated that more than anything. I no longer fear the dentist thanks to these folks!

I had an unexpected crown replacement. They fortunately have the ability to create them on site now, so in at 10:00. Evaluated, old one removed, filling replaced, whatever remaining prep work done. Out at about 11:30, and back at 2 to have my new crown set. Easy.

The people in this practice are all wonderful and caring. I just went through a rather difficult crown replacement. Excellent evaluation and Brittany my dental assistant was great. Very impressed with Dr Peters Follow up visit was great. I am so pleased I am using this office for my dental needs.
