This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life! Would loved to have at least gotten what I have paid for or maybe even fitted for my emergency “priority” temporary! I can’t seem to even make it past the front desk or insurance personnel to discuss the many issues that have been going on with my account!

Terrible. Had a botched root canal. The doc said he would refund me but never did. It's a chain and that's how you're treated. Now I have to pay even more to have it fixed by someone else. They also claim its against their morals to clean your teeth without performing periodontal treatment. It's just a money grab. Shameless company. I can't stand this place.

I called on the first week of January to schedule an appointment in February and I asked if they took my insurance, which they said they did. For them to end up telling me on the day of the appointment that they did not take my insurance and now I have to wait another 3 months to be seen by a dentist.

I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone I myself had a very great experience the only thing I could say about them is that they could be a little faster than getting one in and out other than that the staff was very friendly knowledgeable courteous I can't say enough of how well they treated me

I was on a tight schedule to get a crown on a tooth prior to upcoming orthopedic surgery. I took the earliest appointment I could get with any dental facility in a 50 mile area. When I explained my situation Aspen was eager to assist and assured me they would/could meet my timeframe. Not knowing anything about them I was hesitate as to why they could do what others never offered. It was a blessing that I found them. They were thorough in the examination process, explained the results of all x-rays and other tests, prices, discounts, etc. and set up all dates needed to complete the needed work prior to the upcoming surgery. Instead of worrying about the possibility of having to postpone much needed surgery to alleviate severe pain I am living in, I left assured everything was on schedule as I needed. This dental facility I would recommend to anyone for any issues. There are no hidden expenses; I was given an itemized list of service and amount for each service. I have no dental insurance and being assured of no hidden expenses could be billed later gave me confidence in their honesty. Each person from office, to lab tech, to hygienist, to dentist, to scheduling appointments and giving pricing of needed treatment, ALL were professional, explained in detail what and why they were doing things. It was the most thorough dental examine I have ever had. The first visit, consultation, since I had never been there was free--xrays, etc included. Friendly but professional. Highly recommend.

Staff was very nice. Had no issues other than a misunderstanding over a phone call. It ended up working out the best it could, so I'm pleased with them. Definitely going back

I was so disappointed today. Your office shows up on Google search as taking well care Medicaid, I made an appointment today only to find out once I'm there that you don't take it. I'm unemployed with no income and can't afford your services. I know I need dental work.

This has been a really great dentist. Everyone is super friendly. Like we are all family. They have had to reschedule a couple of appointments the day of. The first reschedule they called me 15 minutes before appointment time to ask me to come back in a hour cause they got behind well ok except I drive about 30 minutes to get there that was no biggie. The next reschedule was the same day called me to reschedule later in day. The next one was this past Tuesday called to reschedule because my crown wasn’t in ok that’s understandable. So scheduled me for next Wednesday and said she would call me if they had a cancellation before then . Now I get a call today saying that appointment needs to be rescheduled for Dec 5 cause they had conflicts with other patients with conflicting dr appointment. I’m sorry but is my time not important. I love madi and dr becker and all the assistants but come on I make appointments to my time is valuable also.

The employees and service at this place was amazing very helpful and getting me an appointment set up To have a tooth fixed I didn't have to wait everyone had a smile on their face And seem very concerned about my well be in I would recommend this place to anybody that has any time to work that needs be done

Everyone I encountered was kind and caring

Made two new patient appointments, one in June and one in November. They rescheduled BOTH of them the day of the appointment after I’d already made arrangements to take off work, etc. The most recent appt they called me that morning to let me know they wanted to “close early for Election Day” (my appt was at 2:00pm). They lost my family’s business completely after that. They obviously do not care about their patients and are very unprofessional.

They discussed all of my procedures until I was comfortable. We were so happy with how we were treated that my husband set up a appointment for his teeth also. I am looking forward to my new smile.
