Simply amazing! They take very good care of customers and awesome any questions or worries you may have. I have a fear of going to the dentist normally but since the first time I’ve visited aspen dental I’ve felt comfortable and never had a problem. Highly recommend!

Great dental work but terrible at paperwork! I had a visit back in July of 2020. Aspen told me I owed $800 from that visit and it’s now February 2022. Insurance company told me Aspen dental had up to 12 months to file a claim so that they can send them a check. Aspen Dental never filed the claim but yet proceeded to try and convince me that I had to pay the $800. Smh.

I have visited twice as of this date and I am proud to say my teeth & guns feel so much better! The staff at Aspen Dental in Richmond are outstanding at what they do!! Every procedure explained thoroughly along with detailed prep time & costs.. I will begin the process of getting two implants and I couldn’t be happier!!! So excited I chose Aspen Dental!!!!

Very professional and courteous; the staff at Aspen Dental's Richmond office are a class-act! I have terrible anxiety when it comes to dental procedures but it was hard to stay stressed out with the air being so full of confidence and compassionate care. From the reception to the operating chair, I was adequately informed and the staff made sure that all of my needs were met which made process of having multiple teeth extracted a breeze! Thank you Aspen Dental for helping me get my oral health on the right track! A+

Honestly, not blowing smoke this was the single best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. If you’re lucky enough to get the hygienist Rebecca you will have the best time ever! Thanks you all!

I was quoted a price of 447.50 for a crown and 142.50 for filling two cavities. I have the consult summary they gave me on 1/16/23. It has written on it the two amounts from above. I was told that I needed to pay half when making the appointment. I called back on 1/23/23 and made the appointment. I didn't mention the cost, but the lady taking my call said it would be 330.00 and I paid that with my debit card. She evidently had my consult summary as a reference. It does say estimated based on my insurance. I went to my appointment on 1/26/23 and the lady waiting on me at the front was acting weird and went to talk with another lady. When they finally got it work out she came back to me and said I owed 900+....basically 1000.00 to be paid right then. I told her that was wrong and gave her the numbers I was quoted. She said she didn't know anything about that and the crown alone was over 1300. I'm not sure if this would have been the total or the half I was supposed to pay upfront. I just asked for a refund of the 330 I had already given them and left. I can understand a little more above the quote but that was ridiculous. My insurance covers 50% so evidently they were charging 2600 for a crown quoted to me with insurance at 447.50. Either the office people are incompetent or they expected me to accept a vastly different bill than the quote and just pay it. Either way...not good business. I wasted my time and a day of work. I will say the actual dental staff was wonderful and I hate losing that. I had had a cleaning and peridonal treatment on 1/16/23 and the staff was amazing that took care of me! 5 stars for the dental workers...0 for the office staff!

Absolute best when it comes to tooth extraction. He makes it so easy and pain free that I actually look forward to having my teeth pulled. After countless bad experiences with dentists in the past, I always leave impressed. I just wish they accepted more insurance providers.
