I am very disappointed with my experience. For my first appointment the staff thought they had already called me to the back so I waited 1 hour and a half before actually getting to the back. My second appointment was my teeth extraction and the technician, even though I told her I needed impressions, before the surgery, for my denture, waited until I had already been numbed to take my impressions which made it extremely uncomfortable to do. The third visit I was told they would have a wax model of my denture including teeth for my approval. They didn't have it. So, I will have a fourth appointment which is going to be from 8:30- 1:00pm because they have to make the wax temporary, fit me, and then I have to wait until 1:00 pm for them to make the actual denture. In my opinion, they are badly managed and make way too many mistakes. They also give you a sales pitch for dental work that is outrageous even when you tell them you are on a fixed income.

I have had problem after problem just trying to get my teeth right to no end in sight!! I’ve had 3 sets of teeth made and none have come close to being right!! I even had two implants in the bottom and one side has come undone. I paid THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS to have this happen and I’m still having problems. I’m not happy and I was told to take my reviews down. I’m not going to do that until I’m satisfied!!

I am giving one star because you can’t write a review without clicking a star. Otherwise it would be 0. This is a total bait and switch operation! I am completely disappointed in the way they run their business. I was offered the $99 new patient special after finding out they don’t accept my sons insurance. Buyer beware: the new patient special does not include a cleaning. It was X-rays and dr consult only. Of which they don’t explain that either. And would not do a basic teeth cleaning until he had a deep gum cleaning which costs $800 and is not covered by insurance regardless of what type you have. Scam! Scam! Scam! Don’t waste your money!

Went here for procedure. Met the head Dentist of practice who i assumed would be doing the work. Two weeks after having work done i went for follow up appointment dentist who checked me over failed to notice a piece of tooth had been left behind it was protruding from gum and caused me a lot if discomfort. I rang clinic to be informed dentists do not talk to patients over the phone. I had to remove tooth particle from mid gum myself whilst enduring great pain . How can a trained dentist not see a piece of toith sticking through a gum .
