Dr Haydel and his staff are absolutely wonderful. I went to him for a root canal this week and it was a surprisingly easy and pain free process.

Thoughtful, careful, thorough, fairly priced. I drive over from uptown and it doesn't bother me one bit. Charles is a gem. He tends to think out loud so you always know the details of whatever decision is being considered. Maybe a little bit he reminds me of the protagonist in Schitt's Creek, so I also assume he has dry humor. Post procedure I usually feel like nothing was ever wrong and everything is fine. The hygienists are lovely, and that's unusual. If I could change anything it would be to add VR headsets, but I don't know if that's a thing anywhere.

Friendly staff! Great dentist! Dr. Haydel guided me through my first root canal and crown. He makes sure you are comfortable and tells you what is happening each step of the way. He also tells you the worst case scenario in the event that the root canal wouldn’t resolve my problem. When I called to schedule and told them I was in pain, they got me in within 2 days. So thankful for friends who recommend this dental office!

This was the absolute worst dental experience I ever had. Do not waste time with this clinic (summary) Clinic lacks Communication and I felt they were very incompetent. 1/5 would not recommend this clinic to anyone. (story) I made an appointment because my tooth was causing a lot of pain. When I got there I sat down and explained that I had an infection. while explaining I got this feeling like i was trying to be rushed out of there. They took X-rays of my tooth and the DR. explained the situation. (Im no Specialist but usually when i see teeth X-rays they look a little more clear than the one i saw.) DR. said the tooth can be saved with a root canal. So he sent me on my way with medicine for the infection, saying the infection should clear in 3 days and if it doesn't clear in 3 days they will switch the meds . 3 days pass I call the dental clinic explaining that the medicine did not work. The nurse and the Doctor had miscommunication because they told me over the phone to just keep taking the medicine and wait (mind you i have expressed there has been pain that sometimes gets hard to managed with over counter pain killers). However the doctor said he told the nurse to tell me to switch the medicine and that the computer showed "they switched my medicine" but no one ever told me. So my next appointment comes "root canal day" I get there and they shoot me up with the numbing shots. DR. said let me know if you still feel anything and touches a part of my tooth that caused pain. So the DR. said let me take another x-ray something doesn't seem right. The new x-ray shows that the tooth can not be saved and they have to pull it out. So they explained to me the miscommunication with the medicine (mind you they were very apologetic and nice I will not take that away from this clinic). They prescribed me new medication rescheduled for tooth extraction. Again the doctor said the infection should clear in about 3 to 4 days. 7 days have passed and this infection is still here

If I could give this more stars I would, my wife had a broken tooth and was extremely nervous to go get it fixed due to a horrible experience she had with a dentist in another state, she experienced extreme pain and was able to schedule an appointment with this clinic, she came out of the appointment relieved and happy to have found this dentist, he was very nice, didn’t make her feel weird at all even though she was nearly in tears from how scared she was, they gave her laughing gas and she said she didn’t feel pain , he explained everything he was doing and it didn’t take long at all, the staff was so kind with her that she told me she is never going anywhere else for as long as we’re station here. So thank you Dr. Haydel and his staff

I broke my tooth and was in extreme pain, the staff and Dr Haydel worked me in to their already busy schedule. Everyone was very nice and professional. If I was not only here temporarily, this would be my permanent office.

I've never came acrossed a better dentist and staff. I felt no pain at all, he was a surgical genius. I can't thank him and his staff enough for their expertise.

I have no idea how the treatment is because I just got the run around for 3 months. My first appointment was early July. They had to reschedule due to the dental assistant. Second appointment was middle of August, had to reschedule the day of for the end of August. The day of my 3 rescheduled appointment they call because the doctor has an emergency, to reschedule sometime in September. They have called to give me last minute appointments but that’s not how I roll. I’m busy just like everybody else and I don’t appreciate having my time wasted. Very disappointed.

The office is not nice at all and the staff is rude!
