If you’re military, don’t go here. Their policy is to do x-rays every time, even though they know Tricare/United Concordia won’t cover it, and they will not tell you you’ll be paying for those until it’s done and their claims get rejected. Another issue was they billed for my son incorrectly and tried to make me pay for his stuff without even verifying why it was rejected, but when I called the insurance, they stated it was rejected because they didn’t send his age correctly. Glad I called and got that cleared up before they charged me more for their error, and the lady up front wouldn’t even apologize for their mistake… Seems like a serious lack of attention to detail, up front honesty, and customer service. Beware!

I wish I could put a negative star on here. We have had challenges getting paperwork from the VA Megan who claims to be the owner has been completely rude and she has yelled and raised her voice in text and over the phone and told me to find another dentist because I asked her not to be rude to me. We paid $99 for a discount program on the first visit. So I said if she was making me leave the dental office I wanted that refunded and she laughed and said no. I have never ever had a dentist office be so rude.
