Had an appointment for 2:15 waited over 40 minutes and I still had to reschedule. They took in a kid who got there after me, before me. I don't understand the point of appointment times if they are clearly irrelevant. They also only do evening appointments on Mondays so I had to reschedule for a month and a half later.

I’m a fairly new patient and won’t be going back had a bad experience from the start...long list of things but the most recent and happened more than once is getting an appointment. Called bc I was in a lot of pain and was told they had no availability at this time...no explanation of when or why. I asked that the dentist call me directly and private Facebook messaged her with no reponse for 4 days called another place and they got me in right away. Not sure if Hope is working solo but seems like they have more work than help.

I was considering to get crowns put on my teeth to improve my smile. I paid Cypress $ 200 for a lab to do a work-up model of what the results would look like once the crowns were done. The model looked great. I decided to not get the work done and requested the model that I paid for. I was refused!! Doc said that they subsidized the cost...so my $ 200 did not entitled me to the model. WOW, come on....not sure I believe that. Just want my pretty model (like I would like my teeth to look).
