I told Dr. Bourgeois I would give them 10 stars! I needed immediate emergency dental work. My front bridge broke in half after biting a nearly frozen chocolate truffle. I was out of his office in three hours with front teeth! I wasn’t even an existing patient. My permanent bridge will arrive in a couple of weeks. I’ll let you know how that goes. Shout to the Mighty Quinn! She got me in tout de suite. ❤️ UPDATE: My permanent bridge came in early. It fit perfectly! I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Bourgeois and staff!

I can not speak higher of Dr Bourgeois and his amazing team!! I have severe dental anxiety that prevented me from going to the dentist in over 15yrs. Got bad enough I had to go. Went to another dentist that just reinforced my anxiety. So by the time I got to Dr B, just the sight of the chair had me panicking and blubbering crying. The first time I meet him he said it was his job to make the chair less scary, and he has. His team is so sweet and genuine. Never once made me feel bad for my anxiety or made me feel like I was the difficult pt on their schedule that day. They work so hard to make it as comfortable as possible and are so gentle. After having a couple different procedures with him, I have so much trust in him. Every time it went just how he said it would and the recovery is what he said it would be. There is no upselling, he is very considerate to do what’s best for your health in your budget with no judgment. I went in with an ugly mess of a mouth and came out with a beautiful smile. I am forever grateful to this team for being so caring and all the work they did to help me get to a better place with my dental anxiety. If they can help me, I know they can help you!

Honestly the best dental experience I have ever had! Let me start off this was my first ever appointment with them and I had put in my calendar the wrong time for my appointment (8am not 5pm🤦‍♀️). They had sent me a few reminders of the time and date and it was completely my fault for not thoroughly reading the text messages. I got a phone call @ 8:05 asking me if I were still coming and I was embarrassed to say that I had misread the time. They were able to reschedule that very same day with not reschedule fee (I would have gladly paid because it was my fault) buy would not be able to fit in a cleaning but could still do a check up appointment. Check up revealed 2 cavities and. Not only were they able to take care of them immediately but a hygienist was able to squeeze me in for a cleaning before Dr. Bougious did the procedure. Everyone was so nice and accommodating! They took the time to explain to me the procedures and how my new insurance worked. I am so glad I had decided to make them my new dentist😁

Dr. Lamendola and his staff were the epitome of professionalism in their treatment of me.On my first visit there was confusion about my appointment. I showed up for what I thought my appointment was; they didn’t have me on their books but they squeezed me in. I got x rays, an assessment, and a treatment plan (with itemized costs) At my first visit to have work done, we talked about my medical condition which affects me as a patient. The Doctor and his staff dealt with my concerns and spoke with knowledge about my condition. They made sure I was comfortable with every aspect of their treatment.
