Oak Tree Dentistry has great service and a beautiful staff. Atmosphere is very relaxing, comfortable and Dr. Nguyen is the best.

Their energy helped me to calm down because I couldn't stop thinking of the procedure I was there for. I merely mentioned my nervousness to the young lady in the room and she went and found me a stress ball and they even offered me a blanket to keep warm while I waited for the Dentist. I've not had many pleasant experiences at a dentist office so I feel compelled to review my wonderful experience at Oak Tree Family Dentistry. To start, the doctors and staff are incredibly professional while still being relatable and approachable. What I mean by this is that I was not at all intimidated or uncomfortable asking questions or expressing my concerns. Dr. Tseng and Dr. Nguyen are such caring dentists. They made me feel comfortable, which is a big deal since I HAD a fear of dentists. Since I was so comfortable, I referred family members. Once my husband started treatment he agreed that both Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Tseng are professional and totally down to earth. While I rarely write positive reviews, I find it beyond necessary to not only register for yelp to leave feed back but highly recommend Oak Tree Family Denistry. Hope this review helps someone out. PS: My husband and I have also started ortho treatment here after switching dentist offices.

I originally started going to this dentist in 2013/2014 when I got braces. At this time the location was in Algiers, a few years later I left a five star rating. Eventually they moved to the Gretna location. I also went to the location because my braces was paid in full. The reason I am changing my review is for the last 5 years I have been treated as if my business isn't wanted. Which is why I transferred my sons to a different dentist. Also, I started going to a different dentist only for cleaning. In 2016 Oak Tree Family Dentistry took my braces off. That wasn't the problem. The problem is once you go to a orthodontist for braces if you have a problem with your permanent retainer you have to go back to that orthodontist. When you pay for braces my plan came with permanent and temporary retainers and future orthodontist appointments concerning my retainers. However once my braces came off she barely checked my retainers and eventually stop checking on them all together. My dentist who clean my teeth noticed a wire on my permanent retainer wasn't connected to one of my teeth. I made a appointment and she was dismissive for the next 3 to 4 years I would consistently tell her about the glue that was connecting my permanent retainer was loose and wasn't connected to one of my teeth but was dismissed. Finally, at the beginning of 2022 she agreed it was loose and wasn't connected to one of my teeth. I was told to wear my temporary retainers with the permanent ones and come back to get it fixed when I thought I had worn the temporary retainers enough.(unprofessional) When the doctor asked me about my family I told her everybody was well. I overheard the doctor speaking about me negatively to one of her staff. (She wasn't whispering so I believe she wanted me to hear) I was so uncomfortable I didn't go back. I called a month or so ago to discuss the problem and never received a call back. Over the years I have seen several employees come and go. Some nice employees and

I love Dr Nguyen and Dr Tseng and the staff at Oaktree family dentistry. They are very caring, friendly, and very professional with what they do. 1-24-2023 Dr. Nguyen took great care of my son with his cavities. He did an awesome job and my son wasn't nervous at all. 1-30-2023 This is my daughter first time having cavities and Dr. Nguyen did a awesome job taking care of my daughter. She was nervous at first but after that she was very comfortable and relaxed. Dr Nguyen did a great job! Dr Nguyen and Dr Tseng have been taken care of me and my family for 10 over years now. We've gotten our teeth cleaned, cavities filled, implant, caps and braces. They have always been professional and friendly.

I receive a thorough cleaning and professional service on every visit to the clinic. Absolutely would recommend Oak Tree Dentistry to my friends and family.

Well trained staff that are attentive, but also do what they say they will do. Different options were presented and they are very sensitive to cost. They accepted my insurance and have helped me on the road to a better smile.

Don’t know what they are talking about have absolutely no clue about children’s pediatric dental care. Don’t recommend
