I called the office at 7am with a terrific tooth pain, they saw me at 8:30, then got me into Dr. Ber's office later that day. Dr. Bilello and his staff are excellent in every aspect of dental care. I have been a patient of his from day one and will continue!

Staff is very proactive and super nice and welcoming. Dr. Mark is super thorough in his explanations and his assistant Brianne is also nice. Great place to be if you want a warm, opening welcome and a positive energy environment to have your teeth looked at and cleaned.

They also make sure that you know and understand the options available to you whether it is hygiene or restorative work. I haven’t been the greatest about going to the Dentist and it finally caught up with me with a cracked wisdom tooth that needed to come out. I was embarrassed at how I let it get to this point but Dr. Mark was so kind and understanding and completely put me at ease. He explained everything and by the time he was done, I was actually relaxed. This never happens! I have total confidence and trust in him and would highly recommend him without a doubt.

Timely reception, intake, and attention. Great chair side manner, every move was explained beforehand, instruments displayed and explained. All fees offered for preapproval. Excellent outcome so far, and very accommodating of future requirements.

My work takes me out of state for a minimum of 6 months per stretch, with a tight window of 1-2 months off before the cycle begins anew. Dr Mark and company has made it their business to accommodate my schedule. The staff is always imparting bits of educational information that will carry me across the country and back. These are bits and pieces that we all know, but sometimes allow them to slip. That's just a small part. My smile is not where I want it to be, but it's not where it used to be thanks to Dr Mark. Here is how my story began: i was struggling with my previous dentist quite a bit and more i would go to see him, less i would become satisfied...I had a quite few dentists for big money or small in a past and 2 crowns but i guess i just couldn't get lucky enough... til i had conversations with multiple customers at work, (did i mention that i work at Dillards) who were speaking about Doctor Mark Bilello so highly that i had to go to see him and experience for myself. I sure did. And yes indeed - he is THE ONE, he is not a doctor - He is THE Doctor, THE Best of the best, i went to him 4 times so far, and he fixed 3 of my teeth, i am extremely happy with the results and the way he performs his job and i will bring my boy and all my family members only to him. If you are planning to go see Doctor Mark i will give you heads up, so you are prepared. Be ready, because he is going to kill you with kindness, smile, great attitude, high professionalism, knowledge and intelligence, work ethics and everything else. I can not say enough how awesome Doctor Mark is, he makes you feel like family and when you leaving his office you just feel so good and have so much trust that you want to come back again and he is so meticulous at what he does. Dr. Bilello put implants in for me and the results were absolutely awesome!
