Dr. Thanks was very rude and unprofessional with me!!!

I really would like to thank Dr. Thanki and the Complete Family Dentistry staff! I’ve been dealing with an absolutely horrible toothache and needed the tooth to be pulled. I’ve never been to this dentist office, but they got me in although the office was closing for noon. I’m extremely appreciative being I don’t have to deal with that horrible toothache over this Memorial Day weekend. Also Thank you Dr. ThankI for calling and checking on me. I’ve definitely found my new dentist! I have an extreme fear of dentists, but I was put at ease by the staff and Dr. Thanki. Absolutely no pain as they pulled my tooth!

The staff here is great! So welcoming and kind! Dr. And Ms. Kayla worked super fast getting my filling done and I didn’t feel a thing! Would highly recommend!

Best dental practice ever. Love Dr. Thanki. Love his staff. Love his wife, Dr. Thanki, too. Dr. Thanki is very thorough and transparent, and has an excellent bedside manor. They are flexible when it comes to working with my husband and his irregular offshore schedule.

After having two teeth extracted my sister was sent home with no pain medication. When she reached out to inquire about this she was referred to the emergency room. My sister had to sit in the ER for hours to receive antibiotics and something to help her pain. The emergency Room doctor told her to continue to take the prescribed medication that she received when she had her teeth extracted. However she was given no medication. The dentist finally did prescribe her some medication Writing on the script not to fill it if she had filled narcotics in the past 30 days. So in other words the dentist assumed she was drug-seeking and instead of asking questions made her go through Agony for two days after having two teeth pulled. This is the problem when you stereotype and generalize people. If you actually want to be treated like a human being I would not recommend this facility.

Before Dr Thanki I was petrified of going to the dentist hence never going. Now I actually look forward to my time at the dentist. Dr Thanki is kind, considerate, patient and just has a good heart. He also does VERY good work. Using ice chewing as my cooping mechanism after a trauma caused my teeth to either be cracked, broken or fallen out. My decision to try Dr Thanki was based on all of the positive reviews I read here. Making the decision to finally go and get dentures was terrifying. Walking into the office for my first appoint I had an anxiety attack. Dr Thanki brought my into his office and kindly talked to me as I cried and told my story. He compassionately listened and set me at ease. We came up with a plan which took many appointments to get me to where I am today. We are not finished but will be in the very near future. I have been seeing Dr. Thanki for my dental health for a number of years now. I have always been thankful that I found a dental practice which does such great work and is considerate of their patience comfort.

I must say I was a little bit nervous at first but my visit went really well the staff are really nice ladies the dentist is a really nice guy Im happy to say that I have a really good dentist and staff and I look forward to my next visit

The most pleasant dentist office I’ve ever been to. I took all three of my boys at the same time ages 8, 5, and 3. The staff was welcoming and understanding. One of my littles needed a filling and the other needed caps on his molars. They did them both on the spot - no waiting. I feel like I’ve found a family dentist to last a very long time.

Dr. Thanki & his staff are very polite. Your dental health is their upmost concern. You don’t have to worry about them wanting to do any dental work that isn’t necessary. They are very accommodating in working with your schedule to get you in for an appointment. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Thanki for about 18 yrs & have only seen other dentist when my dental insurance changed. Thankfully it just changed to where I could see him again!

I went to Dr. Thanki thrice. I was referred to Thanki’s office when I moved to LA by my boyfriend, now husband. Here’s what I loved about the office: 1. The front desk associate, Kathryn, was very sweet, prompt to help with whatever I needed, and scheduling my family of 4 to get exams (not an easy feat with our schedules). 2. Dr. Thanki’s dental assistant was tender-hearted, thorough with answering questions, and gave an over-all relaxing and calming experience. 3. Dr. Thanki called me back personally the first time. He took us back to his office to introduce himself and get to know us. Great first impression. I really thought I had found my forever dentist. Here’s why I will not be back, and why my husband and I have decided to find a new dentist: Let me start by saying that I had a phobia of oral shots as a teen after I received a shot, having no anesthetic applied prior to. I went to Dr. Thanki's office for 5 fillings, meaning 3 shots. I was nervous the entire morning prior to the appt. Dr. Thanki did the first shot, but the second shot, beforehand, I noticed my mouth was not numb, and I could feel everything. I let a “cuss word” out (NOT directed towards any of the staff, it just hurt), but didn’t move or say it aggressively. Dr. Thanki turned off his light, mumbled something about not accepting that language in his practice, and told me I could find a new one. He walked out of the room. His dental assistant let me know that she was going to give me some time to relax, but did a great job of comforting me and reassuring me. Thanki made it seem like I was physically aggressive and a safety threat. I tried to explain that I was very sorry, and did not mean to say it, but he wasn’t having it. My husband was in the next room, waiting for his procedure, and heard what was going on. He came over to comfort me and I filled him in (I’m trying not to cry, feeling like a horrible person as this has never happened before, feeling like I’m a toddler in time-out, essent

For the first time in my life, I left the dentist office feeling confident. I'm happy I chose Dr. Thanki's office to get me on the path of improving my smile and confidence.

Had a tooth extracted yesterday needless to say I was completely terrified. The staff made sure to keep me calm and talk me through everything and kept reassuring me that everything was going to be fine. Dr. Thanki is such a terrific dentist that makes you feel so comfortable in the most unpleasant situations. He even called me this morning personally to check up on me. By far the best dental practice I have ever been to.
