I absolutely love our dentist. Not only are the staff the greatest, but the whole building is absolutely beautiful. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Mallory was very professional and polite. Dr.Ferro was as well. Very nice people in the office too.

The Valentine's Day giveaway seems very awesome, and is, but this year was an absolute joke. I arrived at 3am, was the first person to set a chair outside, and waited 4 hours there. I go to use the Porta potty, which is at the back corner of the parking lot, and come back to have missed getting tickets and was then told, oh well, I'd have to be at the back of the line. I waited 4 hours for my teeth still to hurt and no time to be number 70. I got there at 3am for a reason.

Excellent place. Very courteous, fast precise and affordable.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Answered all the questions I had and was very patient with my 3 year old daughter when she got nervous.

Sat in freezing waiting room for 2 hours before leaving due to being overlooked and not getting services.

Everyone is so nice quick service do not have to wait in the waiting room long

Very good professional staff & doctors. Very attentive to your needs. I live in California but my Mom lives with me since hurricane Laura & Delta came thru but the insurance is just deciding to settle so see always come to Oak Park dental for any of her dental work. She’s Blessed. @ 96 years old her dental doctor said to have all her teeth besides bridges & crown. I recommend Oak Park highly. GOD BLESS🙏

I believed that he work was miscoded. When I called their office staff to get clarification, I was spoken to in a a very condescending manor. Very displeased.

Took my 3 year old son there and they were super sweet, fast and welcoming.

This clinic has everything: caring hygienists, expertise, fair pricing, and practical plans for treatment.

I was taking my son to the dentist for the first time. I guess you could say I was more worried than he was! He is 4. I wish i would have gotten the girls name who did his x-rays and teeth cleaning in the pediatric department...she goes above and beyond to make the kids comfortable and not scared! She explains everything to them first in a way that they know exacting what she's doing before she does it. She most certainly lights up the room with her personality and also makes sure the parent is satisfied with the visit as well. We will definitely be sticking with this dentists office.

The one star is for the tech who cleaned my teeth. She did an excellent job! The dentist spent literally 2 min in the room, if that. He poked at my teeth, mumbled something and walked out. I requested that nothing be done that wasn’t covered 100% under my yearly exam coverage and was reassured that they would not. Then I got the bill! When I called the office they danced around it and hung up on me before I could even pay. Rude. Expect a bill!

I have been a patient for years. The staff is great. They have taken good care of my dental needs.

The dentist was awesome everyone that worked in there was really good they always kind courteous and polite they was fast and did everything to help make me feel better

Dr. Navdeep Thind was great. My child would not let the nurse clean her teeth so, last time we back without cleaning. This time Dr. Thind hold my daughter’s hand, high-fived, and encouraged her so, we were able to get her teeth cleaned.

First of all you can't even get anyone to answer you. I've called to get an appointment and I tell them everything i need and they transfer me 3 times then hung up. I called back from the same number 3 times and no one answered. I then call from another another number and Destiny answers again and transfers me and still no help.

Racist,rude and unprofessional staff. Garbage establishment.
