One time I was here I ended up waiting from 8AM to about 1 or 2 in the afternoon because they forgot about me. They legit skipped me and went ahead with everyone else lol. Then I had to wait till the doctor got back from their lunch. And for months I'd tried making an appointment and was told they're not open.

I enjoy the staff and doctors @ Outpatient Medical Center. They show kindness, compassion and respect . Very helpful with booking appts, medication refills, whatever your need, they can get the job done. Give this office a try .

Wait is dreadfully long. Lady at the front desk is rude and has an I don’t care attitude. I had to correct them because they had my name and birth date incorrect instead of them confirming with me it was correct. I was told things would be a quick visit but would spend a minimum of an hour and a half even just to show up for a shot. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here at all.

Dr. Bates is excellent keep in mind she is the only dentist office in my area that is willing and able to perform some dental work. Who deals with low income people like myself. She does her best to do what she can given my current insurance company. If it wasn't for her. My mouth would be in worse condition. Her staff deal with a lot of people on a daily basis and I would be human as well. Doing their job. All in all, I am extremely grateful. Even though I had to return the following day for my appointment. Due to them being swamped with other patients before my appointment. When I returned the following day. They got me in quickly. Dr. Bates did her job well and was kind and thoughtful as well as professional

Absolutely horrible and very unprofessional person. Doesn't even deserve to be called a Doctor or a Dentist. Remember, first impressions are everything. I had an appointment at 5:00PM on 8/20/2018 for a simple cleaning and checkup. I showed up at 4:30PM! This was my first and last visit. Not only did I not see Virginia Bates. I was left waiting in the WAITING ROOM while she left the building leaving the receptionist to tell me she left, and notified me that Bates knew I was there waiting to be seen around 6:15PM. That's approximately 2 HOURS of waiting for NO RESULTS. No apologies from the sorry excuse of a "professional". I will be putting in a complaint about Virginia Bates. If you read this Virginia just know that you DO NOT DESERVE TO BE CALLED A DOCTOR OR A DENTIST. You should remove yourself from the service if you can't handle the work. If I could post zero stars, I would. Anyone who dares go to this clinic just know you will not be treated right, at all. This is coming from someone who works in the health industry.
